Tierra LiCausi is engaged -- not to The Bachelor star Sean Lowe.

Tierra's 29-year-old brother Tyler has confirmed his younger sister is engaged to be married. The confirmation follows a week of speculation sparked when the bachelorette posted several photos of an apparent large engagement ring on Instagram.
Tierra's new fiance proposed two months after she returned home from filming The Bachelor's seventeenth season in November, Us Weekly reported.
"Tierra got engaged in January. We're ecstatic for her. She is so happy!" Tyler told Us. "They had been together for three years on-and-off. They had broken up in the summer [before the show]."
While news has surfaced of Tierra's engagement, the actual identity of her fiance has not. Tyler said he can't yet reveal the man's name because "she asked me not to." However, Tyler shared the fact the fiance "and his family have a very lucrative business in Las Vegas."

"She's not sure yet if she's going to go on Women Tell All and if she does, ABC wants him to appear with her. They'll reveal his identity there. She's still deciding."
Although Tierra and the mystery guy -- whom Tierra had been dating on and off for three years prior to their "bad breakup" in the summer, which took place before The Bachelor's taping -- had been together for awhile before she appeared on The Bachelor, she apparently went on the show as a single woman.
"When he found out she was filming The Bachelor, he did everything he could to try to get to her. He even called ABC to find out where she was filming so he could fly there. He was literally on his way to St. Croix the day he finally reached her," Tyler told Us.
"It turns out, that was the exact same [November] day Sean let her go. When Tierra got to the St. Croix airport, she was given her phone back [contestants on the show aren't allowed to use their phones during filming]. She turned it on and the first call she got was him -- telling Tierra he was on his way."
However, Tierra reportedly stopped him just in time, and the pair reunited in her hometown of Denver, CO and then reconciled.

Now that Tierra has moved on with her life and has been watching the current The Bachelor season unfold on TV, she's apparently very displeased with her edit as an overly emotional, manipulative girl.
"She's pretty upset about how ABC edited her but she stays off the Internet... they just showed the girls talking about her and none of their conversations prior to that," Tyler explained. "She doesn't read the blogs. Tierra says she kept to herself most of the time and was just there to see what was up with her and Sean, not to make friends."
Tierra has also been frustrated about something else, according to her brother.
"It made her upset that people thought she would fake an engagement to Sean," Tyler told Us. "Meanwhile, she was so happy with someone else and couldn't tell anyone. It was very hard for us to keep it hush hush."
Tyler added that Tierra's desire to be a bachelorette on the ABC reality dating series wasn't even strong to begin with. He did, however, attempt to change her mind when she decided to participate.

"Our mom and Tierra had a mother/daughter day and went to the audition in our town just on a whim," Tyler explained. "Tierra thought it would be cool if she ever got to be on it and thought, 'If I make it, I make it. If I don't, I don't.' She was shocked when she was chosen. I tried to talk her out of it because I know how this stuff works!"
Tierra was eliminated during Monday night's episode after Lowe determined she was too dramatic and vulnerable to survive another day on the series.
Lowe and Tierra are now both reportedly happily engaged.
