Tierra LiCausi says she has no regrets and nothing to apologize for following her controversial stint on Sean Lowe's edition of The Bachelor.

"Off the top of my head, no, there's nothing that I can say to apologize for," LiCausi told host Chris Harrison during Monday night's The Bachelor: The Women Tell All special.

"Because there's nothing that I feel I did to these girls intentionally or that I said bad about them. And if I did say anything bad about anybody here, please tell me and bring it to my attention and give me an example, because honestly, I didn't say one bad thing about any of these girls."

"I'm shocked that you are saying the things you're saying right now and you're being so sweet and you're being so innocent. You're delusional," Robyn Howard told the bachelorette.

LiCausi explained she felt ganged up on in the house and believed she wasn't given a chance because the girls had judged her right off the bat on her looks rather than her personality and inner spirit. LiCausi suggested receiving Lowe's first rose of the season, whether it be the technical first-impression rose or not, set things off.

When criticized for constantly being mean and rude, LiCausi insisted she didn't remember such circumstances and thought she had been cordial to everyone.

"I was friendly, it's not like I walked around the house and was this complete devil that way," LiCausi said.

"Maybe you weren't unfriendly, but you weren't friendly," Selma Alameri corrected her. "You weren't."

LiCausi did, however, admit she didn't go on the show looking to develop friendships.

"I didn't want to be friends with them," the bachelorette said, adding that she appeared on The Bachelor to find a love that was missing in her life.

Also during The Women Tell All, LiCausi and AshLee Frazier finished the feud they had started during the season.

"I said, 'Did you tell Sean anything about me?' And you said, 'No.' You lied straight to my face," LiCausi told Frazier.

Frazier argued the claim, insisting LiCausi had simply asked her if she had anything she wanted to say. Frazier -- who believed she absolutely didn't "bully" LiCausi -- then noted she only discussed LiCausi with Lowe when The Bachelor star directly asked her for answers regarding the drama in the house. 

"I take great offense to you sitting here and calling me a liar. I take great offense to that Tierra. That's not nice of you. Again, that just goes to show what I was trying to explain to you all season, it's your character. You can't just bash on people like that. We watched the show. Clearly, that's not what happened and it's not fair for you to call me a liar straight to my face," Frazier said.

"I'm not calling you a liar AshLee, I said, 'You lied to me about answering how I asked you...'" LiCausi began.

"That's the same thing. You call me a liar, you said I lied -- it's the same thing," Frazier said.

"Once again, no matter what I say, it's always wrong. It's the wrong word to use to you, and that's the thing," LiCausi noted.

Bachelorette Lesley Murphy quickly came to Frazier's defense.

"I wouldn't say [AshLee was a] bully. I really wouldn't. I think Tierra made her own bed, her own cot, what have you. I think she was tough but I think somebody had to be," Murphy explained.

However, after repeated questioning from Harrison and a heavy dose of criticism from her fellow bachelorettes, LiCausi offered what appeared to be a half-hearted apology.

"All I can say is I apologize to all of you guys for you guys thinking that I didn't want to talk to you or I wasn't trying to be friendly or I wasn't trying to be friends with you. Can I better myself? Absolutely. I think everybody can better themselves in life," LiCausi announced. 

"Can I work on my flaws? Yes. But once again, I think I came into this just really scared and I didn't really know how to handle it and I handled it, I guess, in a bad way. And I apologize."
