Tim, 27, and Jana, 24, "have never even met," the athlete's representative told E! News.
Although not confirmed, Jana's father Jim Bob Duggar reportedly hoped the news correspondent would court his daughter since both individuals have a strong Catholic faith and public presence. Reports also surfaced in the last week that Jana's mother Michelle Duggar was secretly meeting with Tim's mom Pam in Arkansas.
Minus the specifics, one thing is certain -- Pam has been in contact with the Duggar family, according to E! News.
Earlier this month, Jim Bob reportedly met up with Pam, a pro-life advocate, at a Loving Choices Pregnancy Centers fundraiser in Arkansas.
"A great lady and a great cause!" the Duggars, who recently witnessed Jana's sisters Jessa and Jill getting married, wrote on Facebook. "We enjoyed hearing Pam Tebow share tonight."
Tim previously dated Camilla Belle in 2012.
