Tim Tebow has confirmed he plans on remaining on sidelines of The Bachelor.

"Haha rumors can be crazy! Even though I've watched the show before, I'm definitely not gonna be on The Bachelor," Tebow tweeted on Tuesday.
The Bachelor host Chris Harrison had said the reality dating show was attempting to land Tebow as its next star on Monday.
"I've actually met Tim Tebow. I met him about becoming our next Bachelor," Harrison told Access Hollywood Live co-host Kit Hoover during an appearance on the radio show. "I think he'd be a great Bachelor."
"He did say yes -- but he would never do it... He has a little job called quarterback at least for another year."
Tebow, who is currently the starting quarterback for the Denver Broncos, would have been the second NFL player -- and quarterback -- to serve as the star of The Bachelor.
In 2004, Jesse Palmer served as the star of the fifth season of The Bachelor. However, unlike Tebow, Palmer was a New York Giants backup quarterback with only three career NFL starts at the time of his The Bachelor participation.
Palmer gave his final rose to Jessica Bowlin during the season's May 2004 finale -- but instead of proposing, he opted to present her with a one-way ticket to join him in New York. It probably should have been a round trip ticket since the couple announced a mutual break-up not even a month after The Bachelor's finale aired.
In May 2007, Palmer -- who never completed another NFL pass after his The Bachelor stint -- decided to end his football playing career and pursue broadcasting.
