Hope for Your Home, which will help homeowners in financial need by giving them the critical resources necessary to make improvements on their property, is currently slated to premiere Saturday, August 9 at 8:30PM ET/PT.
Hosted by real-estate expert Kirsten Kemp Beck -- who has previously appeared on TLC's Property Ladder -- Hope for Your Home will follow Beck as she advises homeowners on improvements to their property to increase the home's value.
Once the improvements are completed properly by a contractor, a real estate agent and mortgage broker are brought in to tour the home, examine the upgrades and determine a market value. In the end, the homeowner must decide to either remain in their newly renovated home or sell it and look for a more affordable option.
Hope for Your Home is produced by Actual Reality, with R.J. Cutler serving as executive producer.
Over Designed will introduce viewers to a person whose unique style in creative collectibles or outrageous motifs has actually overtaken a room in their house.
However with the help of design expert and host Kenneth Brown as well as family members and friends, the room will be transformed into an inviting and livable space for the family while also continuing to honor the subject's passions.
TLC has yet to set a premiere date from Over Designed, which is produced by Discovery Studios with Nancy Daniels and Joan O'Conner serving as executive producers.
