TLC has announced it will begin airing new Little People, Big World fourth-season episodes on February 16.

"This has been an exciting year for our family, and my favorite moments are just coming up," said matriarch Amy Roloff. "We had a great road trip this past summer, the kids are growing up so fast, and we face our biggest pumpkin season yet. I hope people come along for the ride and share these experiences with us."
Little People, Big World's fourth season premiered in October with a one-hour special in which family patriarch Matt Roloff traveled to Iraq to help a family with three dwarf children in desperate need of medical attention. Twenty additional half-hour episodes then followed.
The fourth season's continuation will kick-off with another one-hour special in which Matt returns to the Middle East with an orthopedic surgeon that performs leg-straightening operations on two of the dwarf children he met on his first trip.
The folllowing week, TLC will air two back-to-back half-hour episodes which will include Molly being named valedictorian of her 8th grade class but refusing to give a speech and picking a graduation dress that violates the school dress code and Amy taking the kids to visit her family in Michigan.
