Bravo's Wednesday, June 13 at 10-11PM ET/PT broadcast of Top Chef's third season premiere averaged 2.024 million total viewers and 1.407 million viewers in the Adults 18-49 demographic, according to Nielsen Media Research's Live Plus Same Day data.
Compared to last October's premiere of Top Chef's second season, the performance represented a 8% increase (2.024 million versus 1.872 million) among total viewers and a 5% increase (1.407 million versus 1.337 million) among Adults 18-49.
Making the third-season premiere numbers eve more impressive, Top Chef 2 had the benefit of having Project Runway's third-season finale -- Bravo's highest-rated program in its 27-year history -- as it's a lead-in.
