Grissom was arrested for domestic violence after, according to officials, he got into a big fight with his girlfriend at his San Fernando Valley home and pushed her on Tuesday, TMZ reported.
Grissom reportedly put enough force on his girlfriend that she injured her knee, and so he was booked for infliction of corporal injury on a spouse at a Van Nuys jail.
However, the chef was released on Wednesday after posting $50,000 bail.
Grissom, who works at Bow & Truss in North Hollywood, CA, was on the winning team in this week's Elimination Challenge on Top Chef.
