Gail Simmons is pulling triple duty for Bravo.

The network has announced that the original Top Chef judge and new Top Chef Masters judge will also serve as host for Top Chef: Just Desserts, a new spinoff of the culinary competition series that will follow pastry chefs as they compete against each other in a series of confectionary-themed challenges.
Simmons -- who has been a Top Chef judge since it premiered in 2006 -- was tapped to serve as a Top Chef Masters' second-season judge in October.
Top Chef Masters' second season will premiere on Wednesday, April 7 at 11PM ET/PT and once again pit critically-acclaimed chefs against each other in a tournament-style competition.
Bravo ordered Top Chef: Just Desserts and renewed Top Chef for a seventh season in October.
