Tori Spelling took to Instagram Thursday to share a photo of herself from the hospital.
The 41-year-old actress and reality TV star was rushed to the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in LA Saturday after she had a severe cough attack. In her photo, Spelling shared a cryptic message about someone who has not been there for her during this difficult time.
"This sick in hospital I finally see how quickly life can take it all away frm you. We all need 2 step up frm inside& go 4 it! W/our friends by our side. Sadly I've finally faced truth that 1 person will never be there 4 me #TrueTori"
Spelling was diagnosed with severe bronchitis and possible pneumonia after being admitted to the hospital. Her message is believed to be a jab toward her husband Dean McDermott, as the couple has been struggling to overcome his infidelity over the past year. However, previous reports stated that McDermott was by Spelling's side at the time of her hospitalization.
The second season of the couple's reality show "True Tori" premiered on Lifetime on Tuesday.
