"I'm so excited to finally announce, that since last fall, Tyson and I got engaged, married AND are having a baby girl! It's been painful not being able to talk about such exciting things because of a reality show contract," Foulger captioned a photo on Instagram Friday, March 14 of the couple kissing in their wedding attire.
"A lot can happen in a year and I'm so glad we can finally share it. We couldn't be more excited. #wegrewup @rachelthurston."
Foulger wore a simple V-neck white dress that was flowy and had a relaxed fit on her body. The gown featured little cap-sleeves and her veil appeared long enough to touch the floor. She held a bouquet featuring peach-colored roses.
"Still on a high from our wedding day and getting used to saying the word 'husband,'" Foulger later wrote alongside another Instagram photo of the couple holding hands.

Stephen Fishbach, who had competed on Survivor: Tocantins with Apostol in 2009, officiated the ceremony. Apostol and Foulger later competed on Survivor: Blood vs. Water together in 2013.
"So excited to share that my friends @TysonApostol and @rachelfoulger are married- and I had the honor of officiating!" Fishbach tweeted Friday.
In another image Foulger uploaded on social media, she was standing at the altar with her groom as they smiled at one another and Fishbach read from a piece of paper.
"We kept it simple with just immediate family, a dress off shopbop and my moms veil, but I did have 12 flower girls and made Tyson wear a purple velour jacket. Our dear friend @stephenfishbach married us and we said I WILL. It was a perfect day," Foulger elaborated.
After dating Foulger for over six years and dragging his feet on making a commitment, Apostol finally proposed to her during the second-season finale of Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars, which aired Friday on WE tv, People reported.

"Rachel, for the last six and a half years I've focused way too much on what I want and my happiness," Apostol reportedly told Foulger in the finale's ring ceremony. "It's been selfish of me. From here on out, I want to focus on our happiness together."
"We had to go through this entire marriage boot camp just to get that one on-the-knee proposal," added Foulger. "We did it. I'm walking away from this being engaged."
When the couple competed on Survivor: Blood vs. Water, Apostol claimed the $1 million grand prize. Prior to their first stint on reality TV together, Apostol also appeared on Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains in 2010.
WE tv recently announced the third-season cast of Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars, according to People.
Kendra Wilkinson and Hank Baskett will star on the show in addition to Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino and Lauren Pesce, Aubrey O'Day and Travis Garland, and former Big Brother and The Amazing Race contestants Jeff Schroeder and Jordan Lloyd.
