Tyson Apostol has finally popped the question!

After dating Rachel Foulger for over six years, Apostol finally proposed to his longtime girlfriend during the second-season finale of Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars Friday on WE tv, People reported.

"Rachel, for the last six and a half years I've focused way too much on what I want and my happiness. It's been selfish of me. From here on out, I want to focus on our happiness together," Apostol reportedly told Foulger in the finale's ring ceremony.

"We had to go through this entire marriage boot camp just to get that one on-the-knee proposal," added Foulger. "We did it. I'm walking away from this being engaged."

Apostol and Foulger decided to participate in the therapy and counseling Marriage Boot Camp offers because Apostol clearly had commitment issues. He previously admitted he was content with where his relationship with Foulger stood after all these years even though she was desperate for it to progress.

The couple competed on Survivor: Blood vs. Water together in 2013 and Apostol claimed the $1 million grand prize. Prior to their first stint on reality TV together, Apostol also appeared on Survivor: Tocantins and Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains.
