Former "Britain's Got Talent" contestant Emma Amelia Pearl Czikai alleges in a complaint that producers of the British TV show purposely embarrassed her.

The Guardian reported Friday Czikai claims in a discrimination complaint that makers of "Talent" broke a promise to link footage of her two "Talent" performances, one in which she did well and one in which she was slammed by judges.

Czikai insists in her complaint to the media regulator Ofcom she informed "Talent" officials she suffers from cervical spine neuritis. The amateur singer alleges she also told "Talent" judges her medical condition made performing difficult due to the volume of her backing music.

The former nurse maintains the loud music and an unfamiliar microphone were responsible for her poor "Talent" audition, which was openly mocked by judge Simon Cowell.

"They knew at the time and they did all of that," Czikai told The Guardian. "I had an illness that affected me at the time and they knew that there was another broadcast that proved that I could sing."
