A union that's hoping to unionize Fly Girls' Virgin America flight attendants is questioning whether the new The CW reality series actually depicts reality.

The Transport Workers Union, which has been trying to organize Virgin America workers since last year, has purchased commercials during tomorrow night's Fly Girls premiere, The New York Post reported Tuesday.

"Virgin is a fun, hip place to work," says one Virgin America flight attendant who appears in the ad, according to The Post.

"However, not all aspects of the job are fun and hip."

Fly Girls will follow five flight attendants as they travel from their California home bases to various locations across the country including Las Vegas, South Beach and New York City -- mixing business with pleasure as they deal with passenger problems while also pursuing a good time in different destinations.

"It's difficult to imagine many Virgin flight attendants affording multi-level apartments with ocean views on wages under $30,000 per year," said the TWU in a press statement obtained by The Post.

Another flight attendant featured in the ad agrees.

"It's very difficult for many of our team members to find affordable housing in the expensive markets where our flights originate," said the second attendant, The Post reported.

"I still live with my parents in Orange County. I'm lucky."

Fly Girls will premiere tomorrow night at 9:30PM ET/PT.
