Vanessa Macias has been charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated.

The 32-year-old former reality TV star was reportedly pulled over around 2AM by the San Antonio Police Department, whose officers detected alcohol.
After taking her mugshot, spending a few hours behind bars and allegedly posting $1,000 bail, Macias was released from a nearby station.
According to Macias' representative, the former Racer "feels extremely remorseful over the arrest," TMZ reported.
Macias and Kelley finished in fourth place last season on The Amazing Race, just shy of making the Final 3. They were beat by champions and "Married Couple" Rachel Brown and Dave Brown, "Border Patrol Agents and Friends" Art Velez and J.J. Carrell -- who came in second place overall -- and third-place finishers, "Engaged Couple" and former Big Brother houseguests Brendon Villegas and Rachel Reilly.
Kelley told Reality TV World in an exclusive interview in May, shortly after their edition aired, that he and Macias were no longer dating and had split.
