Victoria Larson doesn't believe anything will stand in her way of winning Matt James' heart on The Bachelor.

Victoria, who is 27 years old and from New York, NY, has emerged as quite the controversial bachelorette on the show's 25th season.

Victoria called herself "the queen" on Night 1 of The Bachelor, and she continued to act high and mighty as the weeks progressed.
Victoria had a hand in convincing Matt to eliminate Marylynn Sienna, whom Victoria had dubbed "rude" and "toxic," and pushing Sarah Trott out the door. Victoria accused Sarah of being calculative and manipulative, and the "queen" later referred to Sarah as "trash."

When Matt greeted five new arrivals on The Bachelor's latest episode, Victoria called newcomer Brittany Galvin "a slore" -- combining the offensive slurs, slut and whore -- and later teamed up with Anna Redman in accusing Brittany of being an escort.
Victoria even snatched the crown right off newcomer Catalina Morales Gomez's head after Catalina introduced herself to Matt for the first time as the former Miss Puerto Rico Universe.

Victoria previously vied for the Miss California USA crown.In a December 2019 Instagram post, Victoria revealed her platform was to advocate for "stricter pharmaceutical laws" because she had struggled with adderall addiction.
Victoria said she took pills in attempt to maintain a slim figure but it "destroyed" her mental health.

Victoria even has her own website where fans can buy products such as a dry brush, spray-tanning foam, a $250 health-coaching session, a 21-day detox for a whopping $800 and more.
Prior to starting her own business, Victoria had her fair share of dayjobs
Victoria previously had a jetsetter lifestyle and worked as a flight attendant.In December 2018, Victoria uploaded a photo of herself in uniform while aboard a private jet.
Victoria also held down a job as a real estate agent.

Victoria admits she has a big personality and needs a man who can handle that
Victoria says she has no filter and needs a strong man who can keep up with her but won't be controlling in any way, shape or form.Victoria has been looking for a guy who is loyal, honest and independent. She also envisions her future husband enjoying meditation and being spiritual just like she is.
The bachelorette's biggest turnoff, however, is a man who can't keep his room clean.
Matt has defended Victoria against critics
During a recent appearance on The Bachelorette alums Rachel Lindsay and Becca Kufrin's Bachelor Happy Hour podcast, Matt discussed what he saw in Victoria and why he liked the controversial bachelorette.The conversation began when Rachel said she believes Victoria was trying to be like The Bachelor's Season 21 villain Corinne Olympios but "failed miserably."
"If you're going to be a villain, you've got to be funny! Do you know what I'm saying?!" Rachel asked Matt.
"Victoria is hilarious!" Matt exclaimed.
"What? We haven't seen it yet," Rachel responded.
"Oh my gosh, Rachel, she is one of the wittiest people I have ever met!" Matt gushed.

"Really?!" Rachel asked in disbelief. "We haven't seen it, so that's a good scoop."
Matt explained, "Victoria, she is unapologetically herself, like, she's the quickest."
"You'll say something and she's got something [to say back] and then she's out," The Bachelor star elaborated. "And I'm like, 'What?! What did you just say?'"

Victoria has defended her behavior on The Bachelor despite being called "a mean girl"
During a late January appearance on Good Morning America, Victoria said her treatment of the other women on The Bachelor "was all in good fun."Victoria insisted her words were not as harsh as they came across on television.
"If my words or actions hurt anyone, like, I sincerely apologize and I'll do better and hold myself accountable. I'm not a bully. I'm really not," Victoria said on GMA.
But Victoria also admitted she doesn't regret all the name-calling, which included slams like "b-tch" and "slut."
"[The girls] knew me and knew my heart and knew that I never really have ill intent. So I think they viewed it differently just because they know me," Victoria shared.
Because of Victoria's portrayal on The Bachelor, she has apparently received hate messages and even death threats.
"I anticipated being well-received, so to get, like, the bullying messages and the hate mail and the death threats, [I] wasn't really prepared for that at all," Victoria confessed. "100 percent, it was shocking."
Victoria feels viewers unfortunately only got to see one side of her.

"I don't think my kindness really got to show through and I really do have a good heart. I actually became friends with one of the new girls," Victoria said.

Victoria has a criminal record
Victoria was arrested in 2012 when she allegedly stole $250 worth of groceries and makeup from a Publix grocery store in Tallahassee, Florida, People reported.Victoria was reportedly filmed on security footage placing 25 items into a reusable shopping bag inside her shopping cart. Once it became time for her to self check-out, Victoria didn't appear to pay for those items.
Victoria stayed in Leon County Jail for two days following her arrest and was released after posting $1,000 bail, E! News reported.
Victoria later pleaded no contest in court to charges of petit theft and was ordered to six months of probation.

The Bachelor bachelorette reacted to her arrest making headlines
Shortly after news of her arrest surfaced, Victoria seemingly reacted to her mugshot -- which shows the bachelorette rocking platinum-blonde hair -- circulating on the Internet."Every saint has a past & every sinner has a future. John 8: 7," Victoria captioned a January 22 photo of herself posing at the beach in a white cardigan.
Victoria later revealed on Good Morning America that she called her father once the story of her arrest broke.
"And he's like, 'How do you feel?' And I'm like, 'I feel liberated! Like everything is exposed. I can tell my future husband Google me; I have no secrets to hide,'" Victoria said.
Victoria apparently felt no shame when people began gossiping about her past mistakes, and she doesn't seemed phased by haters and trolls on social media.
