Hoarding: Buried Alive's fourth-season premiere will feature Cary, a 51-year-old compulsive hoarder and Elvis impersonator with a heartbreaking story.

According to TLC, Cary's obsession with Elvis has taken over every inch of his 600-square foot Manhattan apartment over the last two decades. Now, with a home that is virtually uninhabitable and a bank account which is nearly empty, Cary faces the possibility of parting ways with his memorabilia.
