Vincent Margera, from the TV prank show "Viva La Bam," is scheduled to stand trial on three counts of sexual assault for allegedly fondling and groping the girls, ages 13-to-15, as he was signing autographs and taking photos with fans at the Colorado Mills Mall last summer.
The Denver Post quoted police, saying that one of the alleged victims told a friend at the mall, "He grabbed my boob, the fat pervert."
Police were called to the mall Aug. 18 by security guards. When officers attempted to place Margera under arrest, he reportedly called them names and made lewd comments to female officers. The Rocky Mountain News said Saturday it was only under threat of a Taser gun that he allowed himself to be taken into custody. Police said that Margera, 50, had a strong odor of alcohol on his breath at the time of his arrest.
His next court appearance is March 5.
