Nominations are in for the 31st annual Screen Actors Guild Awards.
Wicked stars Cynthia Erivo, Ariana Grande and Jonathan Bailey are nominated in the Female Actor in a Leading Role, Female Actor in a Supporting Role, and Male Actor in a Supporting Role categories, respectively.
That film is also up for Cast in a Motion Picture and Stunt Ensemble in a Motion Picture.
Shōgun, meanwhile, could see Anna Sawai take home the award for Female Actor in a Drama Series, while Hiroyuki Sanada or Tadanobu Asano could win Male Actor in a Drama Series.
The show is also in the running to receive honors for Stunt Ensemble in a Television Series and Ensemble in a Drama Series.The Bob Dylan biopic A Complete Unknown and FX on Hulu comedy-drama The Bear received four nominations apiece, while the film Emilia Perez and the series The Diplomat each received three.
Grande, Bailey, Asano, Sawai, Sanada, Pamela Anderson, Monica Barbaro, Kristen Bell, Adam Brody, Yura Borisov, Nicola Coughlan, Daniel Craig, Harrison Ford, Richard Gadd, Karla Sofia Gascon, Jessica Gunning, Mikey Madison, Cristin Milioti, Demi Moore and Zoe Saldana are among the actors nominated for their first-ever SAG award.
"In an abundance of caution for the safety of our presenters, guests, and staff, the live in-person 31st Annual SAG Awards nominations announcement has been cancelled due to the wildfires and adverse wind conditions in Los Angeles," organizers said early Wednesday morning.
The announcement arrived as Southern California's Palisades fire swallowed some 1,261 acres Tuesday evening, with a windstorm raging at 80 mph, sending California into a state of emergency.
Los Angeles is approximately 20 miles to the east of Pacific Palisades.
Instead of the planned event, nominations were slated to be posted to the SAG Awards website on Thursday, officials said in a social media post.
"We look forward to celebrating these incredible actors and their work at the SAG Awards ceremony on February 23," the post continues.
Oppenheimer and The Bear performed well last year.
Kristen Bell, who recently starred in Nobody Wants This, is set to host the upcoming ceremony, which premieres Feb. 23 at 8 p.m. EST on Netflix.
