Zoe Saldana and Jean Smart were early winners at the 82nd edition of the Golden Globe Awards ceremony in Los Angeles Sunday.

Saldana won for Best Supporting Actress in a Movie for Emilia Perez, while Smart picked up the statuette for Best Lead Actress in a TV Comedy.

Comedian Nikki Glaser is hosting the show, which celebrates excellence in film and television.

It is airing live on CBS and streaming on Paramount+ with Showtime.

Emilia Perez led the film nominations, with 10, followed by The Brutalist, which stars with seven and Conclave with six.

The Bear led in the television categories with five nominations, followed by Only Murders in the Building and ShÅgun, which are each up for four awards.
