}} Jarret Myer (born February 6, 1973) is an American media entrepreneur who co-founded the record label Rawkus Records and is currently the co-founder of Big Frame, an influencer-powered, data-driven media company that creates branded content media campaigns on YouTube and CEO and co-founder of Uproxx Media, a collection of blogs and widgets featuring viral entertainment news.

Myer is credited as Executive Producer on several music recordings and was once featured by New York magazine, along with Rawkus Records co-founder Brian Brater, on top of a list of most influential media types under 35.

Rawkus Records

Myer founded Rawkus Records with partners Brian Brater and James Murdoch in 1996. Their business philosophy was based on mixing the strategy of punk rock music labels like SST and Victory with aggressive marketing using the financial support of first News Corp and then MCA. In addition to running the business of the label, Myer and his partner Brian Brater signed all the acts including Mos Def and Talib Kweli personally.

Uproxx

Myer is the co-founder and former CEO of Uproxx Media, best known for publishing the blogs Kissing Suzy Kolber, With Spandex, The Smoking Section and Film Drunk.
