Rianne van Rompaey (born 3 January 1996) is a Dutch model. Vogue has called her a top model. She is one of fifty models who appeared on the cover of the 50th anniversary September issue of Vogue Italia, photographed by Steven Meisel. She also appeared solo on a Vogue Italia cover in March 2016. Her beauty has been described as pre-Raphaelite.

Rianne van Rompaey was born in Wageningen, Holland, Before modeling professionally she was a high school student. Van Rompaey started her career by sending photographs to Paparazzi Models. Her first photoshoot was for Elle Netherlands's January 2013 and February 2013 issues respectively. In 2014, Nicolas Ghesquiere chose her to be a Louis Vuitton exclusive which included campaigns for the brand including S/S 2016 alongside actor Jaden Smith. She has also done campaigns for Chanel, Coach, and Bottega Veneta, and Hugo Boss. She co-starred with Argentine model Mica Arganaraz in an H&M Spring 2016 campaign. She has appeared on the covers of Vogue Italia, and T magazine (New York Times).

Models.com calls her "one of the year's biggest breakout stars". The New York Times refers to her as a "fresh face". ELLE UK and Harper's Bazaar UK profess she is on track to be a supermodel in the future. Casting director Piergiorgio Del Moro, who has placed her in Versace, Victoria Beckham, and Fendi shows, believes she will have a long career because of her personality.
