Selfless is an upcoming drama film directed by Tarsem Singh and written by David Pastor and lex Pastor. The film stars Michelle Dockery, Ryan Reynolds, Ben Kingsley, Victor Garber, Matthew Goode, Derek Luke and Natalie Martinez. The film is set to be released on July 31, 2015.

Plot

An unconventional sci-fi thriller about a terminally ill billionaire who buys a chance for eternal life through an experimental underground medical procedure called "shedding", which transfers his consciousness into the cadaver of a younger man. But the promise of immortality turns into a nightmare when he experiences flashbacks which begin to reveal the disturbing origins of the body he now inhabits.

The filming began in mid-October and is currently underway in New Orleans.

Music

On September 30, 2014, Antnio Pinto and Dudu Aram were hired to compose the music for the film.

Release

The film was originally set to release on February 27, 2015. On July 2, 2014, the film was rescheduled to release on April 17, 2015. However, on November 8, 2014, the studio once again postponed the film for a July 31, 2015 release.
