    Apparently considering turnabout fair play, ABC has announced that the sixth installment of its The Bachelor series will borrow a couple of elements from other reality dating shows (all of which were pretty much derivatives of ABC's own original reality dating series) and feature two initial bachelors -- as well as the later return of two bachelorettes who appeared on previous editions of the series.

    Billboard reports that, in a week dominated by new releases, the debut CD from American Idol 2 runner-up Clay Aiken has dropped to eighth place on the Nielsen SoundScan U.S. Album Sales charts (which also serve as the Billboard 200) in its fourth week of release. The CD, Measure of a Man, sold 113,000 copies for the week ended November 9 -- a 19% drop from its sales during the previous week.

    In a two-hour finale event, NBC has named 12-year-old guitarist Cheyenne Kimball as “America’s Most Talented Kid” as part of the series’ finals competition that also awards the winner a grand prize of $50,000. Thirteen-year-old Agape Chen (from Bakersfield, California) was first runnerup ($25,000), while 7-year-old Colton “Lil’C” Burton (Santa Clarita, California) was awarded $10,000 as the second runnerup.

    CBS announced that the August 25th episode of "Big Brother 3 Wednesday" (6.4/11, 10.24m) won its time period for the sixth consecutive week in adults 25-54, women 25-54 and men 25-54 and the second consecutive week in viewers, adults 18-49 and adults 18-34; it was second in households.
