Stewart Resnick is an American businessman and philanthropist.

Biography

Early life

He received a Bachelor of Science and a J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Career

Since 1962, he has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Roll Global. Since 1985, he has been CEO and Chairman of Franklin Mint Company, a subsidiary of Roll International Corporation. He is the owner and Chief Executive Officer of Paramount Citrus. He also serves as President of Paramount Farms International. He also owns Paramount Agribusiness, POM Wonderful, Teleflora, Fiji Water, and Suterra. He sat on the Board of Directors of LeapFrog Enterprises from 2002 to 2005.

Philanthropy

He sits on the Board of Trustees of the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, Bard College, the J. Paul Getty Trust and Conservation International. He also sits on the Advisory Board of the UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Personal life

He has been married to Lynda Resnick since 1973. They have five children. They reside in Beverly Hills, California. As of March 2013, they are worth an estimated US$2.2 billion.
