Valery (or Valeriya) Kaufman () is a Russian fashion model.

Since 2011, Kaufman is an active participant in the Paris, Milan and New York City fashion weeks. She participates in fashion shows of the top fashion houses and designers, such as: Alberta Ferretti, Alexander Wang, Alexandre Vauthier, Balmain, Blumarine, Chanel, Christian Dior, Diane von Furstenberg, Dolce & Gabbana, Elie Saab, Emilio Pucci, Fendi, Giambattista Valli, Giorgio Armani, Givenchy, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Nina Ricci, Oscar de la Renta, Prada, Tom Ford, Valentino, Versace, Saint Laurent and many others. She also appeared in Victoria's Secret Fashion Show 2015. In 2014-2015, Valery was the face of advertising campaigns for Alberta Ferretti, Carven, Coach, La Perla, Massimo Dutti, Saint Laurent, Salvatore Ferragamo, Tommy Hilfiger denim. In March 2015, Kaufman first appeared on the cover of Vogue Russia photographed by Patrick Demarchelier. In December 2015, graced the cover of Vogue Turkey alongside another russian top model Nastya Sten. She has also appeared in editorials for Allure, CR Fashion Book, Dazed & Confused, Flair, i-D Magazine, Interview, Muse Magazine, Numro, Numro Tokyo, Vogue Brazil, Vogue Germany, Vogue Italia, Vogue Japan and Vogue Russia.

Valery is currently ranked as one of Top 50 'Rising Star' Models in the world by models.com. In 2015, was awarded the honor of "Model of the Year" by Glamour Russia.
