Yassi Pressman Biography

Yasmin Isabel Pressman (born May 11, 1995) popularly known as Yassi Pressman, is a Filipino British model, actress, television personality, singer and dancer.

Early life

Pressman was born in British Hong Kong to a British father and a Filipino mother from Isabela. Her second name, Isabel, is a reference to her mother's home province. Pressman has one sister.

Career

In 2006, she was cast in the ABS-CBN drama series Gulong ng Palad as the young Luisa before transferring to GMA Network the following year to become one of the female dancers of SOP Fully Charged. She was known as the "Princess of the Dance Floor" of Party Pilipinas. When SOP Fully Charged was reformatted to Party Pilipinas, she became part of Sayaw Pilipinas together with Mark Herras, Sef Cadayona, Rocco Nacino, Steven Silva, Mayton Eugenio, Diva Montelaba, and Wynwyn Marquez.

In 2013, Pressman signed a contract with Viva Entertainment.

In 2014, she was cast as Lorraine "Lory" Keet in the movie Diary ng Panget. She was also cast as Audrey Dela Cruz in the film Talk Back, and You're Dead.

She is currently a VJ for MTV Pinoy and can be seen in shows like MTV Shoutout, MTV Halo Halo, MTV The OPM Show, MTV Senti, and Yandre's Playlist.

Pressman was included for FHM 100 Sexiest Woman for the first time at the 78th spot which tied with Louise delos Reyes which won by Marian Rivera in 2014 and in 2015 which near Julie Anne San Jose at 57th spot, Pressman has a name conflict to FHM models with the same nicknamed "Yassi", Ayissa Coo (which comapred to Ellen Adarna and Joyce Ching) and Isabelle Benitez (which compared to former FHM model Nia Jose).
