Sarah Brice won Charlie O'Connell's heart and his final rose on The Bachelor's seventh season back in 2005. They didn't get engaged but continued to date after the show.

Sarah and Charlie confirmed their split four months after the spring finale aired that year. They got back together a year later but broke up again in 2010.

Charlie got engaged to Playboy Playmate, Anna Sophia Berglund, in March 2018. The pair tied the knot in May 2018 in New York.

Meanwhile, Sarah is married to Brandt Calver and they have two children together.
