'Big Brother 1' alum Will Mega loses bid for Philadelphia City Council

The Associated Press reports that Will Mega, 31, who was known as Will Collins when he became the first person voted out of the house during the first U.S. season of CBS's Big Brother in 2000, yesterday lost his bid to become the youngest member of the Philadelphia City Council.
