Finally, a Survivor contestant from Ohio -- and she comes back injured. According to a poster on the Reality TV World.com message boards, Survivor: Pearl Islands contestant Lillian Morris from Loveland, Ohio returned from filming the show with a broken foot.

After having been uncovered and discussed by online spoiler sleuths for several days, the apparent discovery of online drug use postings on Internet newsgroups by two members of the cast of CBS' upcoming "Survivor: Pearl Island" cast has gone mainstream and is now being reported by TheSmokingGun.com and Entertainment Weekly magazine among other media outlets.

Another week, another Smoking Gun story about reality TV contestant with an intoxication arrest in their past. Following on the heels of their report last week of "Real World Paris" Adam King's recent unusual arrest for "walking while intoxicated," the website has uncovered that upcoming "Survivor: Pearl Islands" contestant Jon Dalton was arrested last year for drunk driving.

The Hollywood Reporter quotes CBS spokesperson Chris Ender as hinting that the finale format for Survivor: Pearl Islands will change from the format that has been employed on all episodes of Survivor since the second one (Survivor: The Australian Outback). Ender noted that Survivor executive producer Mark Burnett "always has tricks up his sleeves."

Despite having to remove the odds for "Survivor: The Amazon" after it allegedly discovered CBS production employees using inside information to wager on the event, BoDog Sportsbook & Casino is claiming that it has posted the first official set of odds for the latest incarnation of the hit reality television show "Survivor."

The identities of the sixteen castaways participating in "Survivor: Pearl Islands" were unveiled today on CBS News’ "The Early Show." The seventh installment of the hit series will premiere Thursday, Sept. 18 (8:00-9:30 PM, ET/PT) with a special 90-minute episode.

CBS spokesperson Colleen Sullivan announced this afternoon that the network will officially introduce the cast of the upcoming "Survivor: Pearl Islands" seventh edition of "Survivor" on the August 28 broadcast of the "The Early Show" morning news program.
