CBS has announced that although the second episode of "The Amazing Race 4" finished second in its timeslot to repeats of NBC's "Friends" and "Scrubs," the series was first in men 25-54 (3.1/10), tied for first in boomers (3.9/12, with NBC), second in households (5.3/10), viewers (8.27m), adults 25-54 (3.7/12) and adults 18-49 (3.2/11).

The final Nielsen ratings for May 29th are in, and CBS had an "amazing" Thursday, winning the night in viewers, households, adults 25-54 and adults 18-49 as the start of "The Amazing Race 4" posted its highest rated and most watched premiere episode since the series' inaugural race.
