  Would you like your house to be used for a reality TV show? Before you decide, meet Kenneth Chyten, an L.A. lawyer. The Smoking Gun reports that Chyten and his wife Marci are suing Warner Brothers, the producers of ABC's The Bachelor 4, regarding the damage done to their $4.5 million Malibu estate (which they call "Oceanview Manor") during filming there.

• ABC.com to offer 'The Bachelor' viewers free access to additional exclusive video

  While other networks such as CBS and FOX have partnered with Yahoo! or Real Networks to charge viewers of such reality shows such as "Survivor" and "Paradise Hotel" for the right to view additional exclusive show footage online, ABC apparently has a different idea in mind for its own hit reality program. ABC announced that beginning today, the ABC.com website will begin offering "The Bachelor" viewers free access to additional daily video content from the series.
