Timothy Malcolm was a 38-year-old from Charlotte, NC when he traveled to South America to meet Jeniffer Tarazona, a 25-year-old from Bucaramanga, Colombia.
Timothy, who creates real and exotic firearms, said image meant a lot to him because he was unattractive and not cool when he was younger.
"I have met my dream woman," he gushed about Jeniffer, a model and young mother he had met online.
Timothy thought Jeniffer was too good to be true at first, but he fell in love with her.
But the pair's online chemistry didn't immediately translate to physical chemistry when they met in person in Columbia. Despite Jeniffer's repeated anticipations, the couple never sleep together during Timothy's visit.
Instead, his time in Columbia ended with ended with him giving Jeniffer a promise ring.
However, Jeniffer later learned the ring had originally been the engagement ring Timothy had given Veronica, his ex-fiancee whom he had split up with four years ago, and insisted he trade the ring in for a new promise ring.
During the season's Tell-All reunion show, Timothy revealed he had yet to buy Jeniffer a new promise ring however the couple was still together.
When asked to provide an update on his relationship, Timothy shared, "I still love Jeniffer; I think she still loves me and I really want her to come and see what America is like and what my real life is. I want her to come to my house and see the real me."
Tim regularly made passing references to his relationship with Jeniffer during his subsequent appearances on 90 Day Fiance: Pillow Talk, which features former 90 Day Fiance participants offering commentary on episodes of the franchise's new seasons.
But during a 90 Day Fiance: Self-Quarantined episode that aired on TLC in June 2020, Tim revealed he and Jeniffer were no longer together and had split.
Tim subsequently began dating Linda Ramirez, another Columbian woman he reportedly met on the same international dating website as Jeniffer.
However, unlike Jeniffer already lives in the United States in the Charlotte, NC area.
Jeniffer, meanwhile, began an online relationship with Jesse Meester, who appeared on Seasons 1 and 2 of 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days with Darcey Silva.
In October 2021, discovery+ announced Jesse and Jeniffer would appear on the second season of 90 Day: The Single Life, which follows 90 Day Fiance alums as they resume dating following the failure of their prior 90 Day Fiance relationships.
Season 2 of 90 Day: The Single Life premiered on the streaming service in November 2021 and concluded in February 2022.
Jesse and Jeniffer were still together when they appeared on The Single Life season's Tell-All reunion.
While they participated remotely from a vacation resort in Cancun, Mexico, Jesse and Jeniffer claimed that they planned to move to Spain together soon.
