90 Day Fiance couple Elizabeth Potthast and Andrei Castravet were struggling as a couple on Part 1 of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?'s Season 5 Tell-All event, so did the couple part ways and call it quits -- or are Andrei and Elizabeth still together despite the disapproval of Elizabeth's family?

[90 Day Fiance Spoiler Warning: This report contains spoilers revealing if Elizabeth and Andrei are still together and the 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? couple's status now.]

Elizabeth and Andrei met on a dating app in 2016 and starred on 90 Day Fiance's fifth season as well as 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?'s fourth season.

Elizabeth from Tampa, FL, and Andrei from Chisinau, Moldova met in-person for the first time in Dublin, Ireland, when Andrei was working as a bouncer and Elizabeth was vacationing.

Elizabeth was 27 years old and Andrei was 31 when he moved to America on a K-1 visa in September 2017. Elizabeth's family didn't like Andrei because they thought he was rude and controlling and might be after a green card.

However, Elizabeth and Andrei decided to get married in October 2017, and then they announced they were expecting their first child in October 2018.

Elizabeth gave birth to a baby girl, Eleanor Louise, on January 3, 2019.

On a late April episode of 90 Day Fiance: Self-Quarantined on TLC, Andrei, a stay-at-home dad, complained about Elizabeth buying clothes online when they were struggling financially through the coronavirus pandemic.

On Season 5 of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?, Eleanor was eight months old and Elizabeth and Andrei had been married for three years. Elizabeth was back working with her father in real estate full-time.

The couple seemed happy until Andrei dropped a bomb on Elizabeth's family -- and on Chuck's birthday -- that they'd be having a second wedding in Moldova for his family and friends "in about a month."

Elizabeth wished Andrei had talked to her about the wedding first and she felt it was rushed because her family would have very little time to make travel and hotel arrangements.

Chuck was also disappointed to discover Andrei had been expecting him to pay for his big Moldovan wedding.

Elizabeth and Andrei's trip to Moldova was far from a fairy tale.

Elizabeth noticed a change in Andrei's attitude in that he was acting like a macho, condescending alpha-male in front of his family and friends.

Andrei, for example, suggested women in Moldova are superior to American women because they work and still take care of a household and children.

Elizabeth said she didn't like this "chauvinistic" side of Andrei, but it was only the beginning of the couple's problems.

Andrei snapped at his wife to "shut up" because she was being "OCD" and "annoying" while they were touring wedding venues, and Elizabeth felt pressure to get baptized in Andrei's church to please her husband.

Once Chuck and Elizabeth's brother Charlie arrived in Moldova, Andrei shared with the guys he previously worked as a detective in Moldova.

Andrei said the work conditions were not up to his standards and the police force apparently treated people poorly so he came a bouncer in Ireland.

Elizabeth's family asked Andrei why he would leave his home country and family to live somewhere like Ireland, and Andrei replied by saying he had gotten into a little trouble once -- without revealing what he did or what happened.

"Whatever happened in my past is my business," Andrei said in a confessional, "and Chuck and Charlie should leave it alone. I told Elizabeth that I left for Ireland to get a better job. That's what everyone should know, and that's the end of the conversation."

Charlie and Chuck continued to probe into Andrei's past, and tension once escalated into Andrei and Charlie nearly fist-fighting at a restaurant, which Elizabeth called "outrageous and embarrassing."

Andrei also told Chuck and Charlie to pack their bags and return to America, which brought Elizabeth to tears.

Elizabeth considered leaving and canceling her second wedding because she was far from happy, and Chuck demanded a sincere apology or else he wouldn't pay for a single thing.

Andrei did in fact apologize, but family drama didn't stop there. Once Elizabeth's sister Jenn and mother Pamela arrived in Moldova, Elizabeth's family met up with Andrei's best friend Marcel for answers.

Marcel said Andrei was basically forced out of Moldova, but he insisted Andrei is a nice guy and made the right choice by leaving for Ireland or else he could've gotten into "the worst trouble" and be "set up" to go to jail.

When Elizabeth heard what Marcel had said, she confronted Andrei, who explained to his wife that the police force in Moldova is corrupt.

Andrei said a police officer must execute the orders of someone in a higher rank.

"If you say, 'No,' they will try to set you up," Andrei claimed. "So I got set up with some stuff, and afterward, I said, 'No, I'm not going to do that anymore. And I just f-cking left."

"Somebody tried to frame you?" Chuck asked.

"Exactly," Andrei confirmed, later adding, "[You have to] play the game and break the rules -- or get out. And I chose to get out."

Andrei explained he had essentially "escaped" from a "mob." He suggested the police in Moldova make such a small amount of money -- "80 hours a week for $250, max," according to Elizabeth's husband -- they basically have no choice but to be corrupt.

Elizabeth questioned what else Andrei could have been dishonest about, but he insisted she had no reason to be afraid or fear him. Andrei thought he deserved Elizabeth's trust.

Elizabeth and Andrei officially went through with their second wedding in a candelit Moldovan church, and Elizabeth -- who was dressed in traditional Moldovan attire, complete with a flower crown in her hair -- and her family thought the ceremony was absolutely beautiful.

The couple then celebrated and partied with family and friends at the reception for which Elizabeth changed into an American-style lace wedding gown with a long veil and all.

Jenn thought the reception was so over the top and expensive, and Charlie was angry because he said Chuck had never paid for such elaborate weddings for all of his other children.

Charlie appeared to get a little drunk at the reception, and when Elizabeth's father made a sweet speech about loving Andrei, Charlie stole the microphone and told Andrei to support his family in America and stop taking money from Chuck.

"Don't come to America and try to live off my dad. Don't ask my dad for money, okay?... Come to America and earn your sh-t, okay?!" Charlie said.

An angry Andrei demanded the microphone be taken away from Charlie, and then Andrei dragged Chuck outside for a few words.

Elizabeth had asked Andrei to be good so nothing could ruin their wedding, and so Andrei decided to keep his hands off Charlie and he called for a cease fire.

Andrei then pulled Chuck and apologized for his behavior in the past, saying he hoped they could have a better relationship in the future for the sake of Elizabeth and his daughter.

"I appreciate it. I appreciate you because, like, you're a strong man. You take care of your daughter and you take care of your family. You care about Elizabeth and you care about my daughter. Maybe I'm a d-ckhead sometimes, I know. But I've been wrong, okay?" Andrei said.

"I've been rude to you, but I want from now on, for all of this to work better... for the sake of my daughter and your daughter."

Although Chuck remained a little skeptical of his son-in-law and whether Andrei was being sincere, Elizabeth was thrilled to discover Andrei and Chuck had a good conversation and seemed to bury the hatchet.

"I just want to say that I love you and I care about you and our daughter and nothing else matters," Andrei told his wife.

Elizabeth cried and said, "I love you too, baby. I don't want anybody to fight."

During Part 1 of the Season 5 Tell-All for 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?, Elizabeth said quarantining with Andrei amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic has put a lot of stress and strain on their relationship.

Elizabeth revealed she and her husband tried to "keep busy" so they wouldn't argue with each other, and Andrei joked that one day he said he didn't want to see Elizabeth's face anymore.

When asked if he's been looking for work during the pandemic, Andrei responded, "I don't need to work. [Elizabeth] is working right now. I don't need to look for work. My work is handling the house and stuff."

Elizabeth told Andrei that he's an amazing father but he could be doing a lot more because he's a talented and skilled guy. Elizabeth also didn't feel Andrei took on all the responsibilities of a stay-at-home dad.

Andrei said, "I'm still the man of the house... [Decisions] for my family, I will make [them]."

"You can't have your cake and eat it too," Elizabeth said, referring to how Andrei can't be the man of the house when he's not bringing money home or working.

When Chuck, Charlie and Jenn were welcomed into the conversation, Jenn said Andrei's behavior hadn't improved since the wedding in Moldova.

Jenn called Andrei "cold" and "aggressive," and she added that he doesn't really care about other people's feelings.

"He doesn't like us or want to give us a chance," Jenn claimed.

Elizabeth said she actually agreed with what Jenn had said.

"He can be aggressive and mean, and there's no excuse for that," Elizabeth confessed.

Jenn then accused Andrei of saying he would have Chuck wrapped around his finger in no time.

"I really hope that's not true," Elizabeth said, after Andrei had denied Jenn's claim.

Andrei then revealed he'd be interested in pursuing a career in real estate and would like to be in a management position with Chuck, but Chuck said Andrei would have to work from the bottom up.

Did Elizabeth and Andrei's marriage crumble in quarantine or is the 90 Day Fiance couple still together and happy?

There is no doubt Elizabeth and Andrei are still together and married, and their relationship is apparently strong.

On September 29, Andrei and Elizabeth posted the same selfie on their Instagram Stories of Elizabeth kissing him on the cheek.

"He looks scary but I promise he doesn't bite," Elizabeth wrote on the picture of her husband.

On September 28, Elizabeth uploaded selfies of Andrei and herself, some of which were pretty goofy.

"My partner in crime," Elizabeth wrote alongside the images with a two-heart emoji. "#90dayfiancehappilyeverafter #tellall #elizabethandandrei."

Elizabeth also posted multiple photos of Andrei and her daughter Eleanor smiling big on a boat several days earlier.

"The Castravets #familyboating #castravets #90dayfiancehappilyeverafter?," Elizabeth captioned the photos, tagging Andrei in the post.

On September 21, Elizabeth posted photos from her wedding in which she was wearing her American-style bridal gown.

"And they lived Happily Ever After," Elizabeth captioned the slideshow on Instagram.

And not long after the episode of Elizabeth and Andrei's wedding aired on TLC, Elizabeth posted other photos from her special Moldovan wedding on Instagram.

On September 8, Andrei posted photos of Andrei, Eleanor and herself going on a "family outing" at what appeared to be a campground.

"We don't get out as much as we'd like to but we love these moments. What's your fav type of family outing?? #familytime #thecastravets @andrei19861," Elizabeth wrote alongside the photos.

In early September, Elizabeth posted a video to her Instagram Stories in which she and Andrei were watching Season 5 of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? in bed.

And in late August, Elizabeth posted a video with her daughter and Andrei at the mall on Instagram Stories, and she also shared photos of the trio at the beach.

Elizabeth captioned the slideshow, "My loves," along with a red heart emoji and #thecastravets.

A couple of weeks earlier, Elizabeth shared a few selfies with Andrei in which he was showing off some skin, and she captioned the images, "A beautiful evening with my shirtless husband. #90dayfiancehappilyeverafter #thecastravets #love #sexyhusband."

And Andrei posted a video of the couple running on the beach in matching red swimsuits.

Around that same time, Elizabeth wrote Andrei is her "soul mate" on Instagram, and the couple also posted a new video on their YouTube channel in which they show what they do on a rainy day.

In early August, Elizabeth gushed on Instagram about how her husband had thrown her a surprise 30th birthday party.

"My wonderful husband and family arranged a 30th Birthday surprise party for me and I wouldn't have had it any other way," she captioned multiple videos and pictures from the celebration, which included a lot of balloons and Elizabeth's family.

Andrei also posted about the event on his own account, sharing numerous photos of the couple from her family celebration that eventually turned into a romantic date night out.

On July 23, Andrei posted a video on his Instagram Stories in which he and Elizabeth were in the car and he wished his wife a happy birthday. The video proceeded to show Andrei taking Elizabeth out for a fancy dinner to celebrate.

In a July 23 joint interview with Entertainment Tonight, Elizabeth and Andrei said it's been a lot to watch back 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?'s fifth season so far with all of their fights but there are also moments that remind them of their love for each other.

"I don't think I am rude. We are loving each other," Andrei said, before Elizabeth backed her husband by saying men in his culture are very "blunt" and "cutthroat."

Elizabeth said she knew where Andrei was coming from most of the time and understood him.

"I know that it's not a jab at me or intentionally being rude to me. I think that's just his voice and his accent, and him being a man. When you throw that in together, it comes off as him being rude, but I don't take it that way," Elizabeth explained, although she subsequently admitted Andrei can be very rude sometimes.

Elizabeth also acknowledged she and Andrei shouldn't tell each other to "shut up" because talking to each other that way is disrespectful.

"I don't know one couple that will never have a disagreement," Andrei said. "I bet everyone has disagreements and they are so much worse than ours."

Elizabeth agreed no relationship is perfect and people can't be lovey-dovey with each other at all times.

"I know my husband and I know he wouldn't purposely try to put me down. I think he's just such a strong person and he comes off really mean to me at times, but I understand what he's saying," Elizabeth explained.

Andrei said the editing puts him "in a bad light" because 90 Day Fiance doesn't really show it when Elizabeth treats him poorly.

"She does it too," Andrei said. "She's very stubborn."

When asked to reveal some things about Elizabeth viewers don't already know from watching the show, Andrei replied, "I think she's a sweetheart, I think she's loving. But she can [lose her temper]. I am handling it. I think I have trained her, I guess."

"No, you mean I trained you," Elizabeth argued with a laugh.

"Andrei is such an amazing father and he's super, super sweet and he's actually a really goofy person at heart, and he has such a soft spot for people in his heart that he loves dearly... I feel like you don't see enough of that side."

Elizabeth then pointed out Andrei truly is "a sweet guy" and she called her "baby" romantic as well.

Elizabeth's Instagram is filled with family photos going back months and months, from Elizabeth and Andrei taking hikes together to just lounging on their couch with their daughter.

Elizabeth has also called Andrei her love and her best friend.
