90 Day Fiance star Emily Larina is expressing regret over how TLC edited Season 7 because she feels viewers didn't see her true relationship with Sasha Larin or who he really is as a person.

"For a while, I was disappointed that the world didn't get to meet the Sasha I know. The man I know is always thinking about how he can be a better provider for his family. The man who sees something in the store and says, 'I want to send this to my father, son, brother, etc,'" Emily wrote alongside the slideshow.
"The man who doesn't have a lot of possessions because he's so giving. I remember asking why he was always giving his clothes away to his brother, and he'd say, 'Because it's better that he has them than me.'"
Sasha was portrayed on the series as a man who doesn't take marriage or his responsibilities as a father very seriously.
Sasha was shown pressuring Emily to get back into shape after having a baby and telling her sister Betsy what not to eat when staying at her house. Sasha also seemed focused on his personal training career rather than spending time with his family and newborn son David.
Emily continued of her husband in her post, "He would work split shifts but still come home on a long metro ride to check on me. He's the kind of man who will help others and expect nothing in return. He's never afraid to chase his dreams."
Emily concluded, "When his family calls, he answers. I love you, and I'll forever appreciate you for all you've done. I've come to terms with everything. I'll keep the real you to myself. @alexander.g.larin #90dayfiance."

In the comments section of her post, Emily revealed Sasha gets along better with her sister Betsy now and he's "the most determined person" she's "ever met."
Emily also made a point to agree with a fan's comment that read, "People need to learn at the end of the day a it's a reality TV show and they're going to pick and choose things for a story line, take things with a grain of salt. After being around the filming of one several years ago it was amazing how much stuff got scripted in to make it more 'interesting' for TV."
In response to criticism Sasha didn't seem like an attentive father on the show to David, Emily said, "I know I've also been guilty of scrolling on my phone while my son is playing. Sasha has also told me to put my phone down and vice-versa. My inattentive moments weren't recorded."

"God knows if I married the person I was with at 21, I'd be in the same situation," Emily wrote.
When a follower noted the 90 Day Fiance franchise is "heavily edited for dramatic purposes," Emily responded, "They film hours and hours the good and the bad, and it's up to them what they air... and they love to air the bad."
Earlier this week, Emily revealed to the world she and Sasha were celebrating six months of marriage.
"6 months married. Since we never took a honeymoon, I was thinking of planning a short get away here in the US. I want to celebrate new jobs and making it through immigration paperwork (even though we aren't quite done)," Emily captioned a happy selfie of the couple.
"I don't want to blow a bunch of money, so I was thinking Miami or So Cal would be fun. Where would you vacation in the US? #90dayfiance #honeymoon."

The latest episode of 90 Day Fiance's seventh season featured Emily, a 29-year-old from Portland, OR, marrying Sasha, a 32-year-old from Moscow, Russia, in a romantic and intimate beachside wedding in Portland.

Emily held down a job in Russia after finishing college, and Sasha got her pregnant after the pair dated for about two years. The pair later got engaged on February 27, 2017, according to what she shared on Facebook.
Emily gave birth to David with Sasha by her side in a Russian hospital via Caesarean section in November 2018. Emily thought her son was "perfect" at first sight, and Sasha was overwhelmed when looking at his "beautiful" son.
About six months after Emily gave birth to David, 90 Day Fiance showed her family moving to the United States after Sasha's K-1 visa was approved.
Emily and Sasha have since been shown settling into their new life, with Emily trying to secure a job and find a place for her family to live.
Emily and Sasha crashed at her sister Betsy's place until they could find a suitable apartment for themselves, but Emily said in a recent episode their savings were quickly depleting.
