Adrienne Maloof is letting fans in on the reason why she's decided to return to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' upcoming fifth season.

After starring on the Bravo reality series for three seasons and then quitting in early 2013, Maloof told Us Weekly, "I was approached by the producers to come back. I'm coming back in cameo roles. It just made sense to maybe take this and come full circle from where I left off last time."

"I'm coming back, also, a bit wiser," she added. "I know what to expect now. There were some unfinished situations that I felt the need to kind of mend and come full circle."

Maloof left the series after having a feud with fellow star Brandi Glanville, who had revealed on-camera two of Maloof's three children were born via surrogate, according to TooFab. Maloof had reportedly insisted the network would have to pay her big money to return after Glanville "destroyed" her family and took away something "so precious."

"A lot has happened in my life, so with each experience, I think I've grown. I'm at a point now where it's a new chapter," Maloof told Us.

"I can really focus and think clearer on what to expect, and there's nothing like experience to kind of get you to where you know you want to be. And I know that I want to come full circle with the rest of the women, some closure, and I feel like I have a better grasp on how to do that now."

As previously announced in June, Maloof will join Camille Grammer in making appearances on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills next season. The show's regular cast members are Glanville, Lisa Vanderpump, Kim Richards, Kyle Richards, Yolanda Foster, and newcomers Eileen Davidson and Lisa Rinna.

Maloof apparently has nothing but good things to say about Rinna, whom she believes will hold her own in this group of outspoken and often catty women.

"She's lovely... I think she knows what she's getting into," Maloof explained. "She has been around [the show] enough to kind of see what it is. She's very close to her family, she loves her children, so at least she's not going to take any nonsense."

Maloof filed for divorce from her ex-husband Paul Nassif in August 2012 after 10 years of marriage. The reality TV star announced in November of that year they had finalized their divorce and reached a settlement both parties were pleased with.

The fifth season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills began filming in late June.
