"What a bunch of bozos. Really? Is that really a story?" Harrison questioned two Access Hollywood co-hosts during a recent sit-down interview.
Harrison's response was laced with sarcasm, clearing showing how he feels the report is ridiculous.
"That wasn't even their family!" he joked. "Actually, in all seriousness, we weren't even in Mexico. We were on a soundstage. It's the same one they did the moon landing on."
Kidding aside, Harrison then reiterated how Faddoul and Grodd, both 26, are in fact married.
"Of course it was a real wedding!" Harrison exclaimed before ripping jokes again.
"They might've been the first people ever to have gotten married in Mexico and then they're going to come home and get their marriage license."
Harrison officiated the couple's wedding ceremony at Playa Escondida surrounded by Bachelor in Paradise's new cast. Faddoul and Grodd met, fell in love and got engaged on Season 1 of the Paradise reality series.
