Nick Gordon is reportedly determined to see Bobbi Kristina Brown in the hospital yet her father, R&B singer Bobby Brown, wants information from Gordon first.

"Mr. Brown is not law enforcement," Gordon's lawyers Randall Kessler and Joe Habachy told Us in a statement, suggesting that Gordon doesn't owe Bobby any type of explanation.
"However, in response to requests from law enforcement, Mr. Gordon and others have made statements. All Mr. Gordon wants from Mr. Brown is permission to see Bobbi Kristina. And again, Mr. Gordon is willing to meet privately with Mr. Brown to discuss this."
Bobby's lawyer said on Sunday that Gordon hasn't helped the family at all with any knowledge he might have of Bobbi Kristina's incident.
"Due to Mr. Gordon's failure to place in tangible form his understanding of the events that lead to the hospitalization of Bobbi Kristina, there is no reason for any additional discussion with him. It appears that Mr. Gordon did not want his understanding of the facts to be subject to the truthful examination of various experts or Bobby Brown himself," Christopher Brown of Brown & Rosen LLC said in a media statement obtained by Us.
"Mr. Gordon has every right to remain silent and not share his version of the events with Bobby Brown. We are only concerned with individuals that can help Bobbi Kristina and bring resolution to this investigation. Obviously Mr. Gordon is not as desperate to visit Bobbi Kristina as he wants the world to believe. At least not desperate enough to inform Bobby Brown, in writing, what happened to Bobbi Kristina."
Christopher then requested privacy in this matter and thanked everyone for their support and prayers.
In a separate statement from Saturday, Christopher responded to a Gordon tweet in which he insisted Bobbi Kristina would wake up if she heard his voice again. Gordon -- who has been at the center of the criminal investigation considering he has a history of domestic violence and Bobbi Kristina's body was discovered with injuries -- implied he hasn't been allowed to enter Emory University Hospital.
"Let me be very clear, Mr. Gordon was offered an opportunity to potentially visit Bobbi Kristina and he declined to meet the terms of any possible visit," Christopher claimed on February 21.
In reply, Kessler argued, "Nick were to meet certain conditions, conditions that we, his attorneys, have advised him not to meet, particularly in light of Mr. Brown's inability to guarantee access," according to a statement obtained by Us.
"But in an effort to do all he can to visit, Nick has repeatedly offered to meet with Mr. Brown privately to discuss his request in person, rather than through lawyers. Those offers have also been rejected. We hope Mr. Brown has a change of heart."
Bobbi Kristina underwent a tracheotomy last week in order to prevent an infection from her breathing tube. She remains in a coma and in critical condition.
