Night 1 of Grant's journey ended with 18 bachelorettes still in the running for his heart, and so viewers will have to wait a while to find out if Grant found true love and is engaged.
But in the meantime, Grant has teased how he's feeling now that production has wrapped.
"I'm happy with it," Grant, 31, told People.
"I'm happy with decisions I made, and I don't regret anything. I'm very happy with the ending."
Grant said his mother and family are "happy" for him as well.
"They're happy for this whole experience, and I think that they're happy to see me healing from things that happened in my life and doing it in a way where maybe it'll inspire some people," Grant shared.
Grant also reiterated in a separate interview with Parade how he's not only happy with his The Bachelor ending, but he's also content in his life right now.
"I'm happy with life," Grant noted, adding how there is a lot in store for fans.
"I can't wait for everybody to see how things unfold."
Grant said he was looking for a woman who could be herself on and off-camera.

He was also hoping to find a partner with a big heart who was genuine, caring, and outgoing.
As far as red flags go, Grant admitted he's not into a woman who is "too self-absorbed."
"I like when somebody's compassionate and somebody has a heart for other people because that's the way I am," the daytrader elaborated.
"So I feel like it has to mesh with how I feel. And then hygiene is a big thing for me, too!"
While the former pro basketball player from New Jersey is happy, he apparently had an emotional and difficult ending.

A preview that aired at the end of The Bachelor's Season 29 premiere on January 27 featured Grant telling the cameras, "I did not know how hard this was going to be... I am so excited to get down on one knee and propose. I'm ready to be with somebody."
"But the problem is that I'm torn between two women," he continues. "I have a ring and I don't know who I'm going to give it to."

Grant calls his predicament "insane," explaining, "I'm going to have to make this decision on a time clock. I love both of these women, but I'm scared of making the wrong decision."
The preview then shows The Bachelor host Jesse Palmer telling Grant, "Both of the women are on their way here right now, and I really need to know which one to send first. Do you know what you want to do?"
"The truth is, I don't know," Grant concludes.
But Grant suggested to Parade that his anxiety and confusion leading up the Final Rose Ceremony was because he was dreading the idea of hurting his runner-up bachelorette.
"I don't think it was hard for me to choose. I think the hard part was letting somebody down," Grant said when asked about his difficult final-rose decision.
Jesse, however, recently told Us Weekly that Grant was, in fact, "so conflicted" when choosing between his last two women standing.

In one preview ABC had released in December 2024, Grant was shown meeting with Jesse on the day of his Final Rose Ceremony and explaining that he was still unsure of which woman he was going to pick.
"Well, we've got both women," Jesse noted in the clip. "They're here on standby. And of course I have to know which one to send first."
Jesse said the preview was "real" as well as "authentic" and "not edited."
Jesse claimed that it got to a point where production had to nudge Grant along in order to keep the cameras rolling.
"It got to the point during our conversation where it was so up in the air, I mean, we had to get it going," Jesse said.

"He's got to make a decision and we have to have an ending," Jesse noted.
"And I'm sorry I did it and I said it that way and to kind of break that fourth wall, but I had to say it to help him understand."

The Bachelor host pointed out how Grant had to make his mind up, even if he didn't feel completely ready to make a choice.
