Joe Bailey is apparently suffering an even worse version of the cyber-bullying Kaitlyn Bristowe had experienced during her The Bachelorette season.

"Death threats and having your tires slit are the perks that come with [appearing on Bachelor in Paradise]," Bailey tweeted August 12.
Bailey's post was clearly sarcastic, as no one should have to endure that.
"So you may not agree with @joebaileysego approach on the show, but does it make you any better to slash his tires and give death threats?" fellow cast member Joshua Albers tweeted the same day in Bailey's defense.
Bailey revealed he's received a lot of hate mail as well, taking a picture of what appears to be hundreds of envelopes stuffed with letters.
"That moment when you go to the mailbox thinking you have fan mail but it's just hate mail #love," Bailey wrote Thursday.
"Surprised that people would actually waste energy & surprised you expected fan mail," replied one of Bailey's followers named Roxanne, who added an embarrassed emoticon.
And many other tweets have been pouring in over the last week from angry followers who feel they're putting Bailey in his place. However, Bailey seems to be handling the criticism well -- with just one snarky comment after the next.
"I'm confused at to why? You were such a gentleman on the show and showed so much respect for a mother with child. Right?" a woman named Mee Mee tweeted him.
"Well you should just unfollow me then," Bailey replied.
"How much you want to bet he goes on After Paradise and says 'Waaaaah I was bullied on Twitter!'" a man named JR posted.
"No sir I will not. I deserve every bit of it!" Bailey tweeted a couple of days ago.

"Aww thank you. I do a lot lunges everyday," Bailey joked in reply.
When another follower called Bailey a "psycho hillbilly," he bluntly asked the person why he follows him then.
Bristowe starred on Season 11 of The Bachelorette and also endured terrible cyber-bullying. It got so bad that host Chris Harrison called attention to a couple brutal tweets on The Men Tell All in order to promote the message that spreading hate is wrong and hurtful.
People called Bristowe "a whore" and "a slut," asking her to "shut her diseased mouth," "unspread her legs," and "f-ck off." One person told the Bachelorette to "crawl in a hole and die." Bristowe cried over the nasty words, but the men from her season gave her a standing ovation to show their support.
