Kendall Jenner is threatening to sue a New York City waitress for allegedly damaging her reputation in a tweet unless she gets an "appropriate retraction and sincere apology."

"Kendall got up and left and didn't pay for all the food... about $60 worth, and without a tip," a source told The Post. "Kendall and Hailey started laughing. Kendall took a couple of $20 bills out of her wallet, threw them at the server and walked away, not even counting if it was enough or if it included a tip."
"That horrible moment you chase a kardashian down the street because she forgot to pay her bill to be thrown money in your face," Morris tweeted August 5.
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star, 18, subsequently posted a firm denial on Twitter.
"These rumors r absolutely ridiculous! I would never throw money in anyone's face or act that disrespectfully. I was raised better than that," Jenner tweeted Tuesday, with Baldwin quickly retweeting it. "Said it once and I'll say it again, don't believe everything you read!"
Fed up over Morris' accusation, Jenner's lawyer Marty Singer has gotten involved with the case, sending a cease-and-desist letter to Morris, E! News reported.
Singer reportedly insisted Morris was the source of "false and fabricated statements."
According to Singer, Jenner and Baldwin made an honest mistake in forgetting to pay for the meal, however, they were reportedly "extremely apologetic" and immediately fronted the $33 bill in addition to a $7 tip, TMZ reported.
Furthermore, Singer is convinced Morris exaggerated the story in order to gain publicity for her career.
"Although you are working as a waitress at Mercer Kitchen, I understand you are also a struggling actress," Singer reportedly wrote in the letter obtained by TMZ. "You no doubt concocted a fictionalized account of your encounter with my client in order to create publicity for yourself."
Jenner's representative declined comment, but a Baldwin spokesperson allegedly said, "They thought everything was paid for. Kendall was polite and asked 'Does this cover it?' They didn't run."
