Kirpa Sudick suddenly had a very noticeable bandage on her chin during Monday night's episode of The Bachelor, so what happened to the Colton Underwood bachelorette?!

However, Kirpa took to Instagram on Tuesday, revealing the events leading up to her injury for all of the concerned and worried fans out there in Bachelor Nation.
"PSA: selfies can be dangerous people. when trying to be extra af take necessary precautions #selfiesafety #learnfrommymistakes #thebachelor," Kirpa captioned a video.
The video happened to be a deleted The Bachelor scene in which Kirpa shared her story and was filmed going to the hospital. (WATCH THE DELETED SCENE BELOW!)
"When I first got here, I was like, 'Wow, this is gorgeous,' but Thailand's f-cked me up -- not in a good way," Kirpa said in the footage.
"I was trying to be basic and take a picture in front of the ocean at the start of a sunset, but it had rained and I forgot about that, so rocks and water: slippery."
Kirpa continued, "I went to step on a rock, slipped, and went to catch myself with my hand, and then instead my chin took the fall."
Not only did Kirpa bust open her chin, but she also apparently sprained her wrist!

"So, five stitches later and a sprained wrist and here I am. Welcome to Thailand!" Kirpa concluded in the video clip.
Kirpa was patched up at the hospital and has since been making light of the situation.

For instance, Kirpa poked fun at herself on Instagram by comparing the bandage on her chin to the Band-Aid rapper Nelly became famous for sporting on his cheek.
Kirpa is one of 12 bachelorettes remaining heading in the next episode of The Bachelor's 23rd season.
