Michael Allen, a 25-year-old actor/model from Miami, FL, became the second contestant eliminated from True Beauty's second season during last night's broadcast of the ABC reality competition series.

"I'm a beautiful person inside and out. I pride myself on being a nice guy, that's how I live life. Anybody who knows me knows that," said Michael after his ouster. "This is not me."

True Beauty's second second-season episode began following the previous elimination of JD Scott instead of David Palmer, a 24-year-old DJ/astrologer from Huntington Beach, CA,

"It feels so fantastic to survive elimination," said David. "I am going to be the No. 1 competitor now. I'm going to charge forward and win this competition."

The next day eight of the remaining contestant hung out at the Planet Hollywood pool minus Liz Parada, a 31-year-old model from Hollywood, FL.

"I think I'm kind of a loner in the house," opined Liz up in her room. "A lot of people see me as competition. I don't think that everybody likes me. I can't be liked by everybody, can I?"

Michael said his "objective" was to get Liz out of the competition.

True Beauty judges Carson Kressley, Beth Ostrosky Stern and Vanessa Minnillo met in the control room, and Vanessa revealed that this week the contestants would be learning a magic trick from Penn & Teller.

While the contestants think they'll be competing for an on-stage role in a magic show, Vanessa said they will instead be judging them on their ability to keep a secret.

The nine contestants then met Carson and Beth at a theater and were also introduced to Penn & Teller, who revealed they'd be teaching the participants a magic trick which they'd then have to perform. Whoever performed the trick the best would be on-stage at a Penn & Teller.

After demonstrating how the trick works, the magicians revealed how it was really done -- explaining not to reveal to anyone else how it's really done with a fake thumb. Carson explained that Penn & Teller would be the judges for the challenge and also determine the bottom two, who would have to go the Face Off to plead their cases before one is eliminated.

The contestants then performed the trick for Penn & Teller, who would be judging them solely on their performance before the contestants would face the inner-beauty part of the challenge. In addition, Penn & Teller also asked the contestants to show them their best trance.

Once all of the contestants performed the trick for Penn & Teller, the inner-beauty challenge commenced -- with each of the contestants sitting down for an interview with People magazine reporter Mark Gray, who would ask them questions about becoming the "Face of Vegas" while also trying to get the secret of the trick out of them.

Michael was the first to meet with Mark, and he declined to reveal the secret of the trick. Michelle Mozek, a 21-year-old dancer from Dallas, TX, went next and she failed by disclosing that the fake thumb was used.

Liz and Craig Francyzk, a 29-year-old retail manager from Winnipeg, Canada also failed, while David; Regina Villano, a 22-year-old teen pageant queen from Tabernacle, NJ; Amy Schmoldt, a 22-year-old bartender from New Brunswick, NJ; Erika Othen, a 25-year-old singer/cocktail waitress from Long Island, NY; and Taylor Bills, a 24-year-old former professional athlete from Irvine, CA, passed.

With the inner-beauty challenge in the books, Penn & Teller revealed Erika and Amy did the trick the best before crowning Amy as the winner.

"I was genuinely shocked," said Amy, who earlier in the episode showed that she doesn't know how to use an iron.

In addition, Penn & Teller also revealed Michael and Regina were in the bottom two.

"I could possibly be going home," said Regina. "But I'm a fighter. I'm competitive. I'm going to show that in the Face Off. I'll show you I deserve to be here."

"Wow, I might be going home next," opined Michael. "I know I shouldn't be here. I know for this competition, I'm the dude."

Back in the suite, Michael bashed Regina -- calling her "spoiled."

"I don't think that I should not have a shot at being the Face of Vegas because I messed up a little magic trick," said Regina in a confessional. "I'm not going anywhere. I need and I deserve to be here."

Regina continued to run her mouth, annoying the other contestants with her constant talking. That night, Penn & Teller made Amy levitate during their show.

"It was such an experience and it was so much fun," she said. "How many people can say they were on stage with Penn & Teller? It was so cool."

In the control room, the judges discussed whether to eliminate Michael or Regina -- which was difficult since both passed the inner-beauty challenge.

"Michael's never been dynamic to me in any of the challenges," said Beth. "He's not showing the charisma I need to be the Face of Vegas."

"He doesn't want it enough," agreed Carson.

Vanessa said there was something about Regina she couldn't put her finger on, and Carson explained it's that she wants to win no matter what.

"She shows up every week with her game face on," he added.

Beth pointed out that both Michael and Regina trashed talk Liz, however Carson pointed out Michael wasn't as bad.

"She's probably a little icky on the inside," said Carson about Regina, adding "the worst thing about Michael" was that he failed the first inner-beauty challenge during the premiere.

"I feel like Michael, he's adorable. He's a really good guy," said Vanessa.

Carson pointed out Michael was "celebratory" when he stole the shirt during the first inner-beauty challenge.

"He was like dead to me," said Carson.

Vanessa thought both Michael and Regina were "even." As Michael and Regina prepared for the Face Off, the judges decided another inner-beauty challenge was needed to determine who to boot.

Vanessa said as both made their way to the Face Off, both would be met by a hired actor who would be portraying a "visibly drunk man" in the hotel's lobby. The drunk man would take the keys from the valet to see if Michael or Regina would stop him from driving drunk.

Regina went first and stopped the valet from letting the drunk man drive because she didn't want him to hurt anybody else or himself.

"I'm really, really glad she stepped in," said Vanessa. "She seemed genuinely concerned."

Michael went next and didn't say anything as the drunk man got in his car and drove away.

Regina and Michael then met with Carson and Beth, who asked if they had anything to say.

"I have the most personality, I am the most outgoing, I have the most drive," said Michael. "I'm not here for my five minutes of fame. I'm here for a purpose -- to be the Face of Vegas."

"I know I messed up on the challenge and that's why I'm here," said Regina. "People make mistakes, and I believe people deserve second chances. I believe I possess everything the Face of Vegas should have. If there's something I don't have, tell me what it is and I'll do it. I never want to be in this position again."

Beth said Michael had an "amazing look" and was a "handsome guy" but lacked a "dynamic personality." Carson said he's impressed by Regina's "attention to detail" but was surprised how she was "a little sloppy" when she failed to impress Penn & Teller.

Carson then revealed Michael was eliminated. Regina then left the Face Off and Carson and Beth revealed to Michael that he was actually competing on True Beauty by showing him footage of him stealing the shirt, verbally bashing Liz, and letting the drunk man drive away.

"I think you've got me all wrong," responded Michael.

True Beauty's next second-season episode will air on Monday, June 14 at 10PM ET/PT on ABC.
