Scott Disick is apparently comfortable enough in his relationship with former girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian to comment on her naked body.

Fans clearly don't know how to perceive Disick's surprising compliment. His reaction could point to signs Disick -- who is rumored to be dating Lindsay Vrckovnik, an 18-year-old blonde Canadian model -- wants the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star back or he's just trying to maintain an amicable dynamic with her post-split.
Some of the couple's followers are hoping they rekindle their longtime romance, while others are basically forbidding Kardashian, 36, to have anything to do with Disick, 32, again.

Disick and Kardashian broke up over Fourth of July weekend because of his constant partying and flirtatious behavior with ex-girlfriend Chloe Bartoli. Kardashian is said to be done with Disick once and for all because he shows no signs of remorse nor is he really trying to overcome his ongoing struggle with sobriety.
