The Bachelor alum Maria Georgas has dished about how pop icon Harry Styles allegedly expressed interest in her and asked her to meet him in his hotel room.

"There's a lot of stories of how I know certain bandmates or why I've been in connection with One Direction and this person, and this person," Maria said during a recent episode of the "Off the Vine with Kaitlyn Bristowe" podcast.

"You just need to be the girl that never gets touched by these people so they allow you to be around, and so I've been around them, yes. Have I hung out with certain bandmates? Sure."

The Bachelorette alum Kaitlyn Bristowe didn't hesitate to swoon over the idea of meeting Harry in-person.

"I've met Harry before. I actually have a really funny story with Harry," Maria teased.

While she's admittedly "flirtatious," Maria went on to explain how she was actually pretty conservative growing up and had been nicknamed "Mother Mary" in high school. Maria insisted she never slept around and is more introverted than people probably assume.

Maria then recalled how her father once had a meeting in New York City for work and, being from Canada, she decided to join him for the exciting trip.

"He booked a hotel, and my girlfriends at the time were all in New York, and they were like, 'Oh, One Direction is here. Stay at this hotel,'" Maria recalled.

"So I go to my dad, 'Okay, dad, we're staying at [blank] hotel.' It was a very bougie-ass hotel. And he was like, 'Okay, whatever, just book the hotel and we'll go.' So I'm with my dad now, and I'm not thinking anything. The girls were just like... '[The hotel] is in a good area, and maybe One Direction will be staying there too.'"

Maria said she didn't inform her dad about One Direction and he never asked her any questions about her hotel choice.

"I wasn't trying to be a part of any of that," Maria claimed.

After attending a work meeting with her father, Maria said she got back to the hotel and desperately needed to use the restroom.

"I was going to piss my pants. So we're walking to the elevators, and there's two separate elevators. One is for a certain amount of floors and the other is for another set of floors, and there were a bunch of fan girls on one side. I was like, 'Oh, this screams that there must be boy band men around,'" Maria told Kaitlyn.

"So then I get to the elevator, the elevator doors open, and I hear a gasp from the girls on the side. I turn over and it's Harry and his bodyguard walking. They f-cking steal my elevator! He walks into the elevator and then the security guard [stopped me], and said, 'Sorry, no one can come in.'"

Maria said she was staying at the hotel and was a paying customer, not to mention she still had to go to the bathroom very badly.

After the security guard tried to brush Maria away, Maria recalled, "I go like this to Harry and his security guard."

Maria revealed to Kaitlyn that she had flipped Harry and his bodyguard the middle finger.

"That was my f-cking elevator! And so [I gave him the finger] and Harry started laughing. So then the doors close and he goes up," Maria claimed.

"Then, I'm waiting for the elevator, and the elevator doors open; it's his security guard. He comes back to me and goes, 'I just want to tell you, like, Harry thought that was the funniest f-cking thing and he wants to meet you.'"

Kaitlyn blurted out in disbelief, "No!"

"Yeah," Maria confirmed.

"I never told this story, ever, in my life. And if there was anyone there that day who saw me give the finger to Harry, please stand up, because it was iconic! Who the f-ck was going to do that?!... It was just, like, a reflex. [The finger] just came right out."

Maria went on to claim, "I was just like, 'I'm going to piss my pants. Screw you, I don't care who you are! I have to go pee and my room's up there.' So anyways, the [guard] comes down and says, 'Harry wants to meet you.'"

Maria then alleged that she "went to go meet" Harry that very night.

"He was very polite. We had a good laugh about everything, and that was that!" Maria said.

Kaitlyn didn't believe that the story ended there, but Maria insisted nothing happened.

"I told him that I was there with my dad, respectfully. And he was very respectful," Maria claimed. "It was very sweet... It was a respectful meet and greet. We just said, 'Hello.'"

Kaitlyn laughed about the idea of having a respectful meet and greet in Harry's hotel room.

"It was really nice to meet him. He was honestly respectful, nothing like that [happened]," Maria concluded.

Kaitlyn wondered if Harry had watched Maria on The Bachelor and remembered her, but Maria wasn't sure.

Harry's musical career began on The X Factor in 2010, when judge Simon Cowell had formed a boy band with Harry as one of its members. They became one of the best-selling boy bands of all time until they split up in 2016.

Harry then launched his solo career, and he's had major hits including "Sign of the Times" and "Watermelon Sugar."

Maria placed fourth on Joey Graziadei's The Bachelor season after he met her family during hometown dates.

Joey ultimately picked -- and proposed marriage to -- Kelsey Anderson, and the couple is still together and planning a move to New York City in July or August this summer.

Maria, meanwhile, recently said she had been offered The Bachelorette role for 2024, only to back out of production after having dress fittings.

Producers therefore picked Jenn Tran as The Bachelorette star for Season 21, which is currently filming and premieres Monday, July 8 at 8PM ET/PT on ABC.
