When asked to share his post-The Bachelor plans -- whether or not he's engaged -- Grant shared on the "Off the Vine with Kaitlyn Bristowe" podcast that he has some things up his sleeve.
"I've been in finance for a long time, so it's like I really want to start a hedge fund. That's something I'm really passionate about," Grant told Kaitlyn Bristowe on the Tuesday, February 18 episode of her podcast.
"But I have other interests, too. I love to have fun and I love to dance."
Kaitlyn, a former Dancing with the Stars champion, threw out the possibility of Grant competing on Dancing with the Stars later this year, and Grant said, "Whatever! If that comes or it doesn't, I'm just wanting to have fun."
If Grant competes on Dancing with the Stars' 34th season, he'll be following in the footsteps of Joey Graziadei, who had starred on The Bachelor's 28th season last year and still engaged to his winner Kelsey Anderson.
The daytrader and former pro basketball player added, "I really want to inspire people to be themselves."
Kaitlyn mentioned how she's sick of men from The Bachelor franchise trying to be social media influencers.
"Everybody lives in a space where they feel like they have to be somebody. And it's like, no, dude, if you want to dance, go do it. If you want to make a song, go do it," Grant shared.
"And also, a big part of me is, like, you can have faith and still be cool. You don't have to be uptight. You know what I'm saying? You can be lit."
Grant said he believes that people need to be true to themselves because "the clicks and the views" will run out eventually.

"It goes away, so if you're not living and being yourself, you're not going to be happy and then you're not going to meet people that are real," Grant concluded.
"You're going to meet people who are with you because of what you present yourself to be."

During a January appearance on the "Bachelor Happy Hour" podcast earlier this month, co-hosts Joe Amabile and Serena Pitt asked Grant if he wanted to pursue a music career.
Grant -- who has sung on The Bachelor multiple times and recently dropped a single called "Party Girl" on Spotify -- explained how he's simply a "creative" person who likes to express himself.
And while being able to dabble in music has been a perk of the show, Grant insisted he went on The Bachelor with the right intentions.
"I think it's possible to look for love and have interests," Grant noted.
"Maybe the timing wasn't the best. You know, I thought Night 1 was like a party, and it was just my vibe. I like to have fun. That's just me. It's not like I'm there for the wrong reasons. I think people throw that around so much, but I think you like both. If you like to paint, you can be on the show and paint."

"[The single was] just something I had fun with. [Pursuing a music career] is not a goal or intention of mine at all," Grant clarified.
"I think I'm really happy with what I do for work. I like karaoke and getting into the studio and making a song. I like to push myself and test myself... [but] I'm not pursuing a music career. I'm not going to be dropping singles, but I think the song fit the night."
Grant joked that while he didn't think his single was terrible, fans "don't have to worry" because he won't be "dropping any more singles."

Grant actually asked The Bachelor fans to "be nice" about his singing talents.
Ever since Grant performed an original song on the piano for Alexe Godin during a one-on-one date and an original rap in front of singer Mario during a group date, people have been criticizing and poking fun at The Bachelor star's musical abilities on social media.
Grant therefore took to TikTok on February 4 and posted a video pleading for mercy.
"When they ask about my singing," Grant wrote over footage of himself lip-syncing over the viral audio, "Like, 'Oh, let's make fun of the girl who took a risk and put herself out there creatively.'"
The clip concluded with Grant playfully covering his face in shame and cowering away from the camera.
"Be nice yall," the daytrader captioned his post.
Comments poured in from fans and there was a mix of love and hate.
"We forgive you Grant," one person quipped.
