Sarah Hrejsa (born July 24, 1982) is most widely known for being a contestant on the hit American Big Brother 6 reality TV show on CBS. Prior to being on the show, Sarah was a retail manager living in Chicago, Illinois.

Sarah was one of fourteen Big Brother 6 contestants who were confined in a house together, with the objective of outlasting one another.

In this, the sixth season of the show, known as the Summer of Secrets, each contestant had a secret partner, that they knew before the show, who would work together on the show. Her secret partner on the show was her boyfriend, James Rhine.

Sarah was evicted from the Big Brother house on day forty. The vote to remove her was six to one. James was the only person to vote in her favor.
