Casey Cooper is a member of the Fresh Meat from the Real World/Road Rules Challenges. According to her MTV.com profile, she's the first to admit that she has no physical strengths and isn't particularly comfortable with people from different races, economic classes, or sexual preferences.

Real World/Road Rules Challenge: Fresh Meat

Casey Cooper's debut on MTV was on the Real World/Road Rules Challenge: Fresh Meat Challenge. The "Fresh Meat" were contestants who had never appeared on The Real World or Road Rules. Each new cast member was paired with a Real World or Road Rules cast member. Casey's partner was Wes Bergmann from The Real World: Austin. During the show, Casey was known for not being particularly good at any of the challenges although she was able to pull herself together during exiles. She and Wes were sent to "Exile" five times (four times in a row )Facing off against Danny and Evelyn, Melinda and Ryan, Johanna and Jesse, Tonya and Johnny, and Shane and Linette. In the end they came out victorious, making it to the final challenge. After Casey and Wes eliminated Tonya Cooley and her partner, they were dubbed "Exile King and Queen" by Tina Barta. Wes and Casey won 3rd place in the final challenge and split their $20,000 prize. On the Fresh Meat: Reunion Show, Casey openly admitted to using her winnings to purchase breast implants although she originally said she would use the prize money to send her younger siblings to college.

Real World/Road Rules Challenge: The Duel

Cooper appeared on MTV's Real World/Road Rules Challenge: The Duel. She didn't have much help from her Fresh Meat partner Wes to keep her safe. She had an alliance with Svetlana, Paula, and Kenny, which backfired when Kenny and Paula were eliminated early. She was eliminated by Robin Hibbard in a game of Pole Wrestle. On the after show, Casey openly admitted that she slept with John Devenanzio from The Real World: Key West but didn't get a chance to talk with him that much since he was the first eliminated from the show. Revealed in the interview with Derrick, they made out and slept in the same bed.

Real World/Road Rules Challange: The Gauntlet 3

Casey is rumored to be on this show playing as a veteran. Not much as known as the show is still filming.
