Married at First Sight's "Decision Day" episode featured Juan and Karla getting a divorce, Camille and Thomas staying married, Allen telling Madison she was "easy to get over" after her "repulsive" actions, Dr. Pia Holec slamming David, and Madison and David going on an official date.

The five couples who tied the knot at first sight were Camille and Thomas, Karla and Juan, Madison and Allen, David and Michelle, and Emem and Ikechi.

On "Decision Day," each remaining couple had to decide if they wanted to get a divorce or continue in their marriage.

The Married at First Sight broadcast that aired Tuesday night on Lifetime began four days before Decision Day with Juan speaking to his parents on Zoom about how he wasn't sure if he wanted to stay married.

Juan explained how he and Karla got along great but were missing romantic chemistry and a physical component to their relationship. Juan's parents advised him to make his choice with his head because marriage is a lifelong commitment and attraction can grow over time.

Allen and Madison then met with the Married at First Sight experts Pastor Calvin Roberson, Dr. Pia Holec and Dr. Pepper Schwartz, and the experts apologized to Allen for how his journey played out.

The experts said they never thought Madison would step out of her marriage and pursue another husband, but Allen validated that he understood why they had matched them with Madison to begin with and it wasn't their fault.

When Madison showed up, she also said sorry to Allen and explained how she never meant to hurt him or go behind his back. Madison insisted she had no malicious intent and she was grateful for all of the effort he had put into their marriage.

Allen asked Madison why she made him go through the dates and essentially dangled a carrot in front of his face for weeks when she already liked David, but Madison said her mind wasn't made up yet and all of her interactions with Allen were genuine and real.

"I did want to come into this experience to find my person, and I should've been more honest that I didn't see it with you, and I'm sorry for that," Madison said.

Allen vented about how Madison was flirting with the idea of having a romance with David "and playing this game" for weeks.

"I think that's just repulsive, and I did think much, much, much more highly of you -- that you wouldn't be the type of woman who would do that," Allen told Madison.

Madison told Allen that she didn't have anything else to say to him. She could sense the anger in him and that anything she said probably wouldn't change how he felt about her.

When the experts asked if he needed closure, Allen replied, "Madison is easy to get over. The whole situation, I mean, it's like a switch in my mind. So there is no closure needed. I don't have any questions or any desire. Her words don't hold any value in my eyes, and [David] is like dirt to me."

Pastor Cal asked Madison if she planned to pursue a relationship with David going forward, and Madison claimed she wanted to focus on herself for a little while and heal.

"There is no part of me that wants to be married to this woman," Allen concluded.

Madison and Allen therefore agreed to part ways and get a divorce.

Madison said she had hoped to have a civil conversation with Allen but he was clearly "spiteful" and couldn't even look her in the face. Madison admitted she still had feelings for Allen and wished him the best, and she also wished the pair could've remained cordial.

That night, Karla invited a couple of her girlfriends over her place, and she explained how she and Juan had built a great friendship but he never showed her any type of affection.

Karla said she'd consider staying married to Juan if he admitted any of the following words to her: "I really like you... I do want to try with you and I do want to lower your walls. I do see this working out. I do find you attractive."

Three days before Decision Day, Michelle and David met up with the Married at First Sight experts.

David told Michelle that he never meant to hurt her and that's not the person he is. David explained how he had caught feelings for Madison and he should've been more outspoken about his unhappiness in the marriage so maybe they could've worked on things.

Michelle wasn't sure if she could believe David because he had lied to her so much, and David said he couldn't help her do that or convince her one way or the other.

Dr. Pia called David "defensive," but David clarified how he didn't even want to be there and he was simply overstimulated and mentally checked out.

David recalled how Michelle never asked him how he was feeling or how his day was during the process.

"I feel like you're making a case for why it's okay for you to have had an affair on Michelle," Dr. Pia said.

"I'm not condoning it. I f-cked up. I already admitted that," David replied.

"Do you think anyone believes this?" Dr. Pia asked.

"I don't care about what other people believe or don't believe," David responded.

"That is very apparent, David. You are doing a great job of letting us know that you don't care... Your apology doesn't feel genuine and it doesn't sound genuine," Dr. Pia complained, before asking David to take responsibility for his actions as an adult.

David reiterated how he had already apologized but he was checked out of his relationship with Michelle and all of the drama.

David shared how he wanted to work on his own happiness, and how that included pursuing Madison, which made Michelle scoff at her soon-to-be ex-husband and laugh out loud.

Michelle -- who claimed she cared about David as a person and was loyal to their marriage -- could tell that David didn't care about how she felt and that he just wanted her to get out of the way so he could be with Madison.

"Do you care about me?" Michelle asked David.

"I don't, to be completely honest with you," David replied.

Michelle asked David why he had dragged her along through the process if he wanted Madison for weeks, and he claimed that he didn't think she even cared about what he was doing.

David then took off his wedding ring and put it on the table, and both Michelle and David asked for a divorce.

Dr. Pia snapped to David, "I hope for you that you do some deep soul searching, and I must say, I've lost all respect for you and the way that you've behaved."

After the meeting, David was "relieved" and Michelle was ready to move on with her life and look for true love because she thought David was "garbage."

That evening, Camille asked Thomas what they were going to do after Decision Day in terms of moving, and Thomas said it was going to take time to figure things out. Thomas said he would've loved Camille to just move in with him but he didn't have the space to support that.

Camille wanted to push Thomas into making things happen and getting things done. She wished Thomas would take the lead on making the plans so that she could feel secure and prioritized.

"I don't want it to be like we were just playing house. I want to know what your thoughts and plans are for the future, and I need to hear those. I don't want to just fall back on, 'This is fun in the moment.' This is real life," Camille told her husband.

Thomas insisted he was taking their relationship very seriously and had a timetable in his head for how things were going to unfold, including starting a family together, but Camille was desperate to know those specifics.

From Thomas' perspective, he wanted to see more vulnerability from Camille, but Camille explained how she could only let her walls down and tap into a softness if she felt she didn't have to be the planner and coordinator in their relationship.

"It almost feels like he's not choosing me above all else, or that he's too complacent for me," Camille shared in a confessional.

Later on, Madison and David were shown going on a date at a driving range, and the pair giggled together and clearly had chemistry. This was apparently an "ideal" date for the both of them, and David suggested that Madison was his dream girl.

David confessed he was nervous and told Madison, "My feelings for you are strong, but I'm not trying to overwhelm you. I know we are going through a lot as well, but I can see a lot with us... I just want to let you know that I'm still going to rock with you, no matter what."

David told Madison that he wasn't going to rush her, but she confirmed that her feelings were "strong" for him too and that she thought their connection was so fun and easy.

"You are so cute when you're nervous!" Madison noted, before giving David a big hug.

One day before Decision Day, Karla voiced how she and Juan had a healthy marriage and had built a great foundation but intimacy and sexual chemistry was lacking in their relationship.

Juan admitted to Karla it "didn't feel organic" for him to make a move on her and, if they stayed together, she'd have to "compromise on some of the spiritual stuff" because it was "too much" for him sometimes -- such as when they dove into tarot cards.

Karla insisted she'd never push her spiritual beliefs on someone else, but Juan was also apparently worried about the couple's financial future since Karla had quit her job early in the experiment without talking to him first.

Prior to Decision Day, Juan and Karla -- who made each other laugh and bonded with their positive, bubbly vibes -- had a goodbye dance party in their apartment. Both of the remaining two couples had to sleep separately before meeting with the experts.

On Decision Day for Karla and Juan, Juan said he'd like to be with someone who can share his same interests, such as going to the gym every day. Karla suggested that Juan wanted a partner who could fit into his daily routine and do what he always wanted to do.

"There was a lack of care of what my plans were or even making plans together, and there was a lack of affection in so many other ways. There was no physical touch... and you didn't make me feel like you were even interested. The love bucket wasn't filled," Karla announced.

"I hear you, and I'm sorry I couldn't do that. I just never felt that magnetism towards her," Juan explained. "But she does fulfill a lot of the things I was looking for, and we got to know each other deeply to figure out if this made sense or not."

Both Juan and Karla agreed their relationship was very healthy and had a wonderful childlike nature to it, but in the end, Karla, who didn't feel desired, asked for a divorce. Karla said she didn't think they were truly compatible as life partners.

Juan said he and Karla had "killed" the experiment and got along so well, but he also asked for a divorce.

Karla concluded that the man for her will not make a decision about their relationship based on her athleticism or spirituality.

Camille and Thomas' Decision Day was up next, and Thomas expressed how Camille was competitive, adventurous, radiant, funny and sweet. He thought life would never be boring with Camille by his side, but he longed to see more vulnerability from her.

Camille, for her part, gushed about how Thomas was supportive, empathetic, authentic and kind. She thought that while he was a little rigid and straight, he was also down for anything and made things fun.

However, Thomas wasn't traditionally Camille's type, and she said he was missing a little smoothness and swagger. She also didn't like how he struggled to plan for the future and lacked assertiveness.

Camille was also concerned that Thomas had ended a nine-year relationship without a good reason as to why. She worried that he would eventually do the same to her.

But in the end, Thomas -- who said Camille made him believe in himself and feel confident -- brought a basketball with him and asked Camille for "a rematch." Thomas asked Camille if they could stay together, and his basketball read, "LET'S STAY MARRIED."

Camille shared how Thomas helped her to grow and she appreciated how he pushed her to be better.

"Sorry, but I just really cannot," Camille began, which made Thomas freak out.

But she continued, "[I cannot] see a world where I wouldn't be married to you. So I would love to stay married."

Camille joked about how she was always going to keep Thomas on his toes.

"I love you," Thomas told Camille after they toasted their glasses of champagne.

"I love you too, hubby," Camille gushed.

Two days after Decision Day, the cast got together at Juan's warehouse, including Ikechi and Emem.

Allen shared how he was curious to see the dynamic between Madison and David and how they were going to conduct themselves in front of everybody. Allen thought this would prove how much respect they really had for themselves and others.

Madison and David showed up together, and in matching outfits, and Michelle acknowledged it was hard for her and "annoying" to see. Allen also refused to shake David's hand when the men saw each other.

Emem announced to the group how she wanted to find a partner who could uplift her and grow with her because her efforts during the Married at First Sight process were not appreciated or reciprocated.

"It just sounds like a political party trying to get votes or something," Ikechi declared, adding, "Being insulted and being made to feel small is not the space I want to be in, and so I left. That's why y'all didn't see me [during the process."

Emem called Ikechi out for not holding himself accountable for wanting to embarrass her at the couples' retreat by bringing a single divorce paper with him for her to sign.

"Own it. Grow up. You are 42-years-old," Emem snapped.

As Ikechi tried to interrupt Emem, she demanded that he let her finish her statement.

"You stonewalled me for weeks with me continuously repeating to reach out to you because God's grace was in me in those moments. You don't have that anymore," Emem said.

Ikechi said he didn't want to hear Emem talk anymore because she made him "feel like sh-t" every single time they talked to each other.

"No, I don't want to hear that sh-t!" Ikechi shouted.

Emem told the cameras that Ikechi was not a person and that he was "a monster." She was having a really tough time composing herself, but the women in the cast rushed to comfort her in the bathroom.

David was then shown announcing how he was pursuing Madison and they had gone on a date. Allen told David that he had multiple opportunities to come forward and come clean but he didn't, and so he wasn't buying that David's behavior was "unintentional."

When David was trying to explain how his relationship with Madison started innocently at the gym, Madison said, "Michelle didn't give a sh-t about David."

Michelle, who was pouring a drink nearby, turned around and said, "You want to wait until I get over there?... I don't think you know my feelings, so I don't want you to talk about my feelings without me there."

Madison welcomed Michelle to sit down so they could hash things out, and Michelle was clearly angry.

"You want to do this right now, babe? You really do?" Madison asked.

Michelle's eyes opened wide, as she seemingly had no idea why Madison was coming at her and how Madison would even have the right to blame anything on her.
